Pan Asian Food and Commie Iconography

Fresh South East Asian food in self-consciously eclectic surroundings of Vietnamese ephemera alongside Communist and psudo-Communist visuals. Fresh South East Asian food in self-consciously eclectic surroundings of Vietnamese ephemera alongside Communist and psudo-Communist visuals. I’m never entirely sure in these places if I’m meant to start chanting ‘Ho-Ho-Ho-Chi-Minh when the spring rolls arrive, though I get the feeling the waiting staff might tell me it’s not on the menu. One of the many places now doing ‘Asian... More

I dropped in here for dinner after a long drive and was surprised by the place. It was very cool and felt a little like being on a roadside cafe in Vietnam. The food was good, I had some amazing rendang chips! The beer was very expensive at £5.30 a bottle. Pretty good for a one time eatery but I... More

The staff are lovely, friendly and professional. The menu isn't overwhelmingly long but still provides a great choice. I had Malaysia Lamb Curry which was fragrant and spicy without overwhelming the flavour of the lamb. Definitely a restaurant I would visit again.

Eat here with two friends, thought it was a bit pricey. Food was nice, decor was good but it's looking dirty worn and tired. Staff knew the menu well and gave good GF for options. Desserts were a bit bland

Visited this restaurant last night as two couples. The other couple had been before and it was on their recommendation. Little difficult to find if you don't know the area. Good food although a little pricey perhaps. Atmosphere good and good service. We shared 5 tapas and two main courses. With a bottle of wine at £16 and 5 bottles... More

Half an hour after our party had arrived before we were seated. Some kind of problem in the kitchen meant it was over an hour before our food arrived. In that case a free drink was not enough to compensate us, particularly when we were then charged for food we didn't order. Three of our party were also served pork... More

The food was fair, if not overpriced. You can get far nicer for much less in other places nearby. The service was absolutely dreadful though. Left between courses for significant periods of time, when questions were asked about ingredients eyes were rolled, no questions asked as to whether the food was okay/to our liking, asked if we "would like a... Visited here on 21st March, the food is amazing, it is a little bit expensive but you really get what you pay for and the ‘tapas’ portions are more than generous, we got 7 between 2 and felt you could have had less. The place has a lovely atmosphere and the service was very friendly. I couldn’t recommend it enough.... More

We went here for my husbands birthday and was overwhelmed by how nice the food and atmosphere was inside. A little expensive but you get what you pay for as the food was amazing! Can't wait to return again soon!

We visit this restaurant often as you can guarantee great food every time . We have tapas size so you can enjoy different flavours . Scallops are my favourite dish and randang lamb which is always great . Would recommend it for a group or couples ! Always great
