Simply the best

Simply the best Indian Restaurant in Newcastle! Need I say more - let the food do the talking instead. The food was tasty and well prepared, service was swift and pleasant with an overall outcome of a fabulous dining experience. Very nice indeed, we will be back again.

Booked an early table here (6:00pm)the restaurant was still quite busy. Food arrived quickly and tasted amazing. All the dishes tasted freshly prepared, despite the fast turn out of food. If you are sharing tapas I would recommend the Big Eats upgrade dishes for 4 or more people, we ordered 4 big eats and 4 sides (after our poppadom appetiser)... More

A group of friends and I went for a birthday meal on Saturday. We were greeted and seated straight away. It was very busy but we ordered and had our drinks with us within a few minutes. The meal we had. Was very good and possibly the best peshwari nan bread I have tasted I would also recommend the masala... More

We got the chefs special and I'm so pleased that we did as it forced me to try dishes that I wouldn't normally have ordered. They were gorgeous! Can't wait to go back!

I booked a table here on a busy Saturday night with my family based on a recommendation and we were not disappointed. The service was great and the staff were all friendly and courteous. The dishes were served extremely fast. The food was excellent and a the tapas/street food style was a break from the sometimes tired, old, traditional Indian... More

Birthday treat for my son(his choice) turned out to be a unique eating experience.Ordered the chefs surprise and were not disappointed. Some unique food combinations, attentive but not pushy service contributed to an excellent night out.One tip for future diners, ask for a carafe of tap water....enhances the spicy food...its free and means your drinks bill is a bit smaller.Definitely will be back.Booking... We had the Indian tapas. Three each plus a side order.Excellent way to try other dishes . Almost too much food.Excellent service, and excellent advice from the waiter. The place was full but they fitted us in at 18.30 on a busy Saturday night. We had not booked. Asked politely to have finished by eight pm. No problems highly recommended.
