We called in at 5.30 on a Sunday evening. It took 90 minutes for the mains to arrive as we watched everyone else who had arrived after us be served first. As were those ordering takeaways (judging by the bags leaving the kitchen). No apology or explanation was offered. Two large parties, one of whom seemed to be mates with... More

Popped in here before a concert at the Arena. As we were using the car to get into town and this was only just off the top of Westgate Road. Its quite near central Newcastle. You can walk up from bottom of Westgate Road in probably 20 mins or less. It is part of an adjoining hotel. Wasn't sure where... More

We went to this place last night & everything about it was perfect. The food was some of the best indian food I've had before. Only a 10 min walk from the city centre as well.

I've probably eaten here 6-7 times - the experience has been consistently good. Great fresh and flavourful food which tastes like it was made freshly for you, lovely environment (nice decor, layout, lighting - not too bright). Staff are very friendly and helpful without being too in-your-face. Manager always come over to say hello, which is nice. Great place for... More

We went in a large group, the environment is extremely clean, new with a fancy decor style between a Moroccan house and a far west saloon. There is a huge choice of food, the ingredients are really fresh, right portioned and I really liked even dishes I don't normally eat. I particularly recommend all the veggie curries especially palak paneer... More

Well the rating says it all. Just distinctly average. Offers nothing any other restaurant doesn't and is quite far out of town. The food and service gave us nothing to complain about but I'm not sure you need to make the effort out of town for something that is widely available in most Indian restaurants anywhere in newcastle.

Ate here on the 25th Feb 2014 after reading reviews on Trip Advisor. Visiting on my own, I was seated in the conservatory type area as you enter the restaurant. Staff were friendly, and I received the menu quickly, followed by the pickle tray & poppadoms and my drink quickly enough. Having ordered my main course, I had to wait... More
