Lovely atmosphere, with friendly staff. Proper italian food made by italian chef's. Always tastes fabulous and fresh with generous portions along with the tranquil environment. Been a few times and will definitely be back.

Good quality food, excellent service and professional. Happy hour very reasonable considering the quality of the food :)

Went last night for the first time and not overly impressed. Hadn't booked but on arrival the four of us were directed by guy behind the bar to sit in the reception areas. Beautiful decor, comfy sofas but that ws it. Expected someone to come over, welcome us, give out menu take a drink order (missed a trick there) and... More

Any Geordie will know how the title of my review should end though I am too polite to put it in writing! Decor very nice;ambience excellent and a great place to see and be seen for the Gosforth "posh" on a noisy Saturday night. The food is very average and the prices very steep. The service is erratic and the welcome... More

I visited the deli and had ravioli with pancetta and peas. Tasty sauce, well made ravioli but some of the pancetta wasn't well cooked, with gristly bits of uncooked fat which weren't pleasant. The restaurant menu looked good, but pricey. Wouldn't rush back.

Adriano's is great on paper. Right on the highstreet, beautifully decorated and the menu is mouthwatering! But the food doesn't match up. Our party of four were all disappointed - the fresh pasta in particular - and the prices are inexplicably expensive. I want it to be a nice restaurant, but like others suggest, it's just doesn't cut it.

Been twice before but this was my third visit after a long gap. Pasta with belly pork not great..belly pork slightly chewy and not at all tender. Pizza tasteless and not very hot. Glass of wine ok. Service charge automatically added to bill...only 2 people so rather cheeky. PROBABLY WONT BE GOING BACK

The food is just very average, we served and sat down at lighting speed, how ever paying the bill took a lot longer and look out for the 10% service charge. I will only pay that when the service is good. But the placer looks good, but food is very bland, I had pizza and just gave up as it... More

This restaurant is very special to me, my partner and I had our first official date here and have eaten many times since. The atmosphere is always lovely and food is cooked to perfection. Definately my favourite place to come!

Historically I have been a massive fan of Adrianos and the lovely food/atmosphere but after my visit on Saturday with my boyfriend, I won't be going back! We booked a table for 9.30 so we could have a few drinks beforehand and when arriving at 9.25 we then had to wait (as expected) while our table was prepared. We had... More
