We go to the Bulls Head regularly and we are never disappointed. Excellent home cooked food at very good prices. The Bulls Head is a 16th century building and what I would call a traditional pub, which are hard to find now. Great to go to for lunch and dinner. We often have family visit from abroad and they love... More

Visited this pub on a Saturday night as a couple. Loved the oldy wordly feel of it. I ordered the fish and chips and peas. Standard pub food really. A little overpriced. It tasted ok, was clearly cooked from frozen rather than homemade but that's ok. Unfortunately when I got back to my hotel I started feeling sick. An hour... More

Lived in Guildford for years but never visited this pub. Wish I'd discovered it sooner. Really old building with character. Low beams and exposed timbers. Pleasant bar and eating area with open fireplace, nicely decorated with hops and fairy lights! Great home cooked food from a real pub menu. Hot and tasty. Staff very pleasant and a good atmosphere when... More

Outside a sign that says Robert Newland slept here. He was the highwayman who gave Newland's Corner its name and the Bull's Head it's historical feel. The traditional English fayre (but not exclusively) makes this a very popular haunt of mine and many who come from far and wide. Superb food, staff and atmosphere

We arrived and whilst my husband was getting our daughter our of the car my 7 year old son and I went in to get our table. We and the people in front of us went to... More

Back again, cant's stay away for too long. The food and service is always amazing. The home made steak and kidney pie (with loads of gravy) is the best ever. Served with 3 fresh vegetables and baby potatoes, more than I can ever eat. See you all again soon xxx

The Bulls Head is a real "Old World" with lots of beams and corners. There is a specials daily menu and a printed one. Try the Clandon Pie it was delicious as was the Lamb Henry. Home made food serving tradition British Fayre. The portions are large and the meal are piping hot. Prices are slightly below average and represent... More
