The Brewery has gone downhill in the past year. The food is simply awful with cheap ingredients, shabby presentation and poor service thank god their beer is interesting more

Once inside, it's surprisingly intimate and cosy for a winter's evening-one half of the space is the bar area and the other half is for table diners. This work's wonderfully, now that smoking is barred from UK pubs. I just love this place, not only for a superb pint of Gunners Daughter, but also for the lovely food that is served. The fish was the best I've ever had, and as for the batter .......... just heavenly! more

The staff could not be nicer. Even when they had run out of the most popular dish (Cromer Crab) they still came back smiling and with recommendations for alternatives. Excellent value combined, with a superb selection of real ales brewed on the premises, make this palce a must to visit for food or even to stay more

What can I say about our stay here. The staff were 1st class, nothing too much trouble. Excellent food, the chicken, I had one of the evenings, best cooked portion I've had in a very long time came along with a lovely creamy sauce.
