Been coming since the coffee shop opened. Staff bubbly and helpful as always. But what has happened to my favorite place? Menu obviously too big to cope with which reflects on service meaning long waiting times... has there been a change in management? SHAME. Atmosphere not the same, it was lovely how it was!

Visited on a Sunday afternoon and was really impressed - we'll definitely be going again! The service was quick and the staff very helpful; The cake was absolutely delicious - probably the best guinness cake I've ever had. The ginger hot chocolate is definitely something to be repeated! Not the cheapest place but definitely worth what you pay. New favourite... More

We have visiting this cafe since it opened and it is not as good as it used to be. For example 1. Staff greeting is patronising and too loud; 2. Took 15 - 20 to service two coffees and only after we complained & it wasn't that busy. 3. Waiter clearing. Tables used a large plastic bps to collect used... More

This is a splendid café and my favourite in Bury for lunch, afternoon tea or morning coffee. There is an excellent selection of teas (loose leaf not bags!), great coffee and a wide array of homemade cakes. The sandwiches and salads are excellent and the staff helpful and efficient. Seating is available inside and out and there are good toilet... More

The place looks nice, but unfortunately thats the only positive thing I can say about them. I was a bit disappointed, because I was looking forward to get to this place, after I found it on tripadvisor. The girl who served us was not on top about how to make green tea. I venture to say that she poured boiling... More

Definitely the place for a coffee and a light lunch. Waitress couldn't be more helpful and quite an extensive varied menu. No hesitation in recommending this establishment - it really is Really Rather Good!

If you are visiting bury St Edmunds this is the place for a coffee and a light lunch. I had the meat platter and my wife and daughter both had a panini . The service was excellent and the food was great especially the meat platter. Wonderful value for money and just a great place to relax and watch the... More

Great location, so on a quiet Monday morning we stopped for breakfast. I was amazed at the lack of any kind of organisation - and am writing this to encourage the owners to think about the comments they are getting. On the quiet Monday we were there we saw very polite people asking if their order was coming (20 minute... More

I'm so glad we waited for a seat - the best latte I've had in a while. Would probably return to bury st edmunds just for another cup. I'd also recommend the goats cheese and onion chutney sandwiches.

First time visit to Bury st edmunds . This cafe is located in a good location not far from the abbey gardens. The americano coffee was very nice and so was a sip of my boyfriends beer.
