We have eaten here with the family on a few occasions and never been disappointed ,you will always get better service and food when the people that own it are there working, it's always difficult choosing off of such a superb menu, I don't normally go for a fish dish but had the cod loin risotto which was wonderful.

A simple but pretty place I have visited for lunch and dinner. The food is very tasty - try the Greek meatballs -.In the traditional Mediterranean way we are always feel welcomed and our custom valued. super place for a romantic meal or a lively lunch

Looking forward to trying here after all the good reports on this site so we went on a Saturday night. Frankly quite disappointing. Not a vast choice on the menu and nothing that got the taste buds salivating. Blanchebait- not exactly difficult to prepare followed by gloopish turkish meatballs thate were difficult to eat. Staff were friendly but quite expensive... More

The burgers here are what they say are proper thick burgers which are absolutely delicious, the salad dressing and coleslaw is very nice my only thing I'd say is they could do better chips but that's my only comment. They do also offer free wifi just ask for the password.

I must eat here at least once a week, wether it's dinner, lunch or brunch at the weekends. The service is excellent, the owners are charming and the food is mega. Well cooked, well priced and simply done. Not a huge menu but the best restaurants never have endless amounts of things to chose from. We had a table of... More

We booked here for the night before my birthday as we were staying at the Angel hotel, which is only a few minutes walk away. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly. Menu is not huge, but had a good range of options (and I can be fussy and I liked lots!) and we like the 'platter to share' starters. All... More

This place has great ambience. Sit upstairs for some great street facing windows, or take a seat in the downstairs for a very old world feel. The food is good and the coffee/drinks are great. The minted lamb burger is definitely worth a try! It's a little pricey for what it is, compared to other local places (why the 4... More

Really a very good place to eat...Polite, attentive but not intrusive staff. Menu is not one of those "we can do anything" but was interesting and included some imaginative plates, including super vege option. No intrusive piped musak.

My husband enjoyed his pie of the day, it was well filled and piping hot. The bought in pastry topping was okay but the waxed paper between that and the filling was a surprise. My salad was delicious with just the right amount of dressing. A nice port of call at lunch time.

This is really a one off in Bury. The food is interesting with a hint of Turkish. Service excellent and the owner and manager, Engin makes you feel special. The setting - especially downstairs is excellent.
