4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 24, 2014 NEW

5 of us (2x adult, 3x teenagers) for booked Saturday night supper. We arrived early and our table still occupied - certainly not Saints' fault - but received apology and made to feel welcome. Upstairs & downstairs both welcoming (as were all the team). If food has a theme it's Greek, but all of it certainly looked as if it... More

I was visiting Bury St Edmunds, and went to a few different restaurants while I was there. I stumbled upon this neat little place called Saints, and just loved the relaxing atmosphere downstairs. I was told by our amazing server Hollie, that it was under new ownership. I had never been before, but I don't think the new owners will... More

This is a great littler place to stop for breakfast or a snack. The prices are very good and the food is cooked and presented quite nicely. The service is very nice and the cafe is on the second floor overlooking the Abbeygate Street area. When I go to Bury in the morning, I like to stop here for good... More

We went for a dinner with friends and had a great time. The downstairs is very nice, with great ambiance, and the food tastes great!

I'd parked outside and walked passed Saints on many an occasion when, one morning I decided to pop in and check it out, the other reviews are spot on, people watching is great, the bacon and sausage butties are fab and it's the best place in Bury for a 'flat white' Try it, I'm sure glad I did...

We've eaten here a few times in the evening at the weekend, it's a lovely intimate place serving great food. Last weekend was the first time we've stopped for a light lunch and sat at a table outside on the pavement to enjoy the late summer weather. The food and service were great as ever.

Stopped here on a busy Saturday after pottering around the market. Lovely coffee! We managed to nab pavement tables and did some fantastic people (and dog) watching. We only had one coffee each and they were happy to let us stay and nurse them for a good couple if hours.

Would highly recommend this cafe/restaurant. Beautiful decor, great service and high quality food. Visited on a day trip to Bury, stopped in here for lunch. I asked our waitress what was gluten free on the menu and she popped to the kitchen to find out. A couple minutes later the chef emerged to speak to me :) he talked me... More

Never had a bad coffee here - they get it right every time, and the food is spot on too. We'll only go when there's space upstairs as the 'cellar' is very dark and uninviting - needs brightening up and clever use of mirrors and lighting to make it less claustrophobic. Otherwise, no complaints!!

Stopped in for a post-lunch coffee and treat. Had a wonderful flat white and some baklava! Great atmosphere and friendly staff!
