Description: We knowthat not everyone wants the same thing from a pub. You might want a pint of local real ale at the bar ... A bottle of wine and a grazing board on the sofas ... A meal in the dining room ... A really good coffee and a read of the paper ... Take your pick. If real ale is your thing, look no further. We offer our own Brewshed Best Bitter and Pale Ale plus a couple of guest ales. We're passionate about wine and have created an award winning list Which offers a selection of old favorites combined with some more unusual and quirky wines. The common theme is did we believe They Are all well made wines offering good value for money. Every single one of our wines are available by the glass (except some champagnes). On the food side, the emphasis is on good quality, seasonal produce and, wherever Possible, we source it locally. We love Sunday lunch and offer a great roast - bring the family or meet up with friends and catch up on your way. We're open from noon until late. So if you're in need of a locally roasted coffee in the afternoon, you know where to come. Free wi-fi is available Throughout the pub. What about the kids? Children are welcome in the bar before 6pm and 8pm in the restaurant but evenings are just for the grown ups. Our kids menu is Important to us. It is Aimed at children under 8 and each dish is freshly prepared. You can therefore order a roast pork or beef kids on Sundays. Where Possible, we are very happy to prepare smaller Portions from our main menu. Baby changing facilities, high chairs, activity sheets and crayons are available.

I have eaten twice now at the One Bull and the beer and food are really good. The staff are some of the best trained and friendly in town. Their beer is very good and choice of wines is excellent Definitely a place to try if new to bury! To some up great food great beer at a reasonable price.

We booked a tx9 on a busy Friday night, the staff were really welcoming and attentive, menu was varied and interesting, better still the food was beautifully presented and tasted delicious, and prices were good for standard of food given. Would definitely go again, and recommend.

We met and had a meal at The One Bull with dear friends we hadn't seen for a long time. The staff, service, food and atmosphere was absolutely excellent and we had a wonderful time. It was important that everything flowed smoothly as we had a lot to catch up on, the staff were unobtrusive but very attentive, the food,... More

We had an early booking, so the restaurant wasn't open yet when we arrived. We had a pint, were presented menus, and were offered a seat while we waited. The food order was taken directly from our couch seating area before we were escorted to the table. The food was unique, fresh, and amazingly delicious. Service was attentive and friendly.... More

We had the roast beef and roast pork. Lovely -just like home cooking- great roast potatoes, and vegetables. Scrummy puddings too. Good service and surroundings. No complaints.

Went here with a large group of friends including young children for a xmas meal and we were well looked after. The gorgeous old Building is very central and is cosy, clean and had a lovely fire going. The staff were friendly And professional although it is a very relaxed place. Food was very nice. Very pleasant experience.

Managed to squeeze us in despite huge Christmas party. No compromises with quality of service and food though. Highlight was hake with pearl barley risotto - superb!

Food is first rate and the beer is from their brewery plus they usually get guest beers in as well. Enough said! Food is not inexpensive but good quality.
