Well Priced, Good food

So myself and a few friends decided to have an impromptu Indian of Friday evening, We turned up around 1830 without reservation and there was space for us to sit in. The staff gave a warm welcome and carried on the fantastic service all the way through the evening, The decor was very smart... read more

Not sure what went wrong but it was simply the worst takeaway meal we've ever had. We love indian food but it was truly awful. The first takeaway meal we've had to throw away. We've previously had a few takeaways from here & they've varied from ok to reasonably good. This meal was also quite expensive compared to others.

Large restaurant, not too expensive and offering a low-priced smaller meal deal. Helpful staff and pleasent ambiance.

We had our 10th anniversary dinner party with 24 attending. The food was tasty, quite authentic / traditional - more similar to home cooked food than your most of the Indian restuarants out there. The portions were very generous and we ended up taking quite a lot home despite everyone eating lots. The service was excellent and the waiters were... More

Group meal for birthday celebration, not been before so decided to go for a dish that I know well from other restaurants. Didn't recognize the dish at all, tried my husband and despite a totally different dish they tasted exactly the same, bland and tasteless. Will not be returning.

First time here tonight as a family. Have only been once before but decided to take kids in tonight as they haven't experienced an Indian restaurant before. Staff went out of their way to makes us feel welcome! Food was delicious even though our youngest decided he didn't like it! They made him some chicken nuggets instead! Customer service is... More

Visited this restaurant many times over the past few years and always had a good curry. Let's face it for the week night price for any curry along with a choice of either a nan or rice at under £7 not bad at all for a Monday to Thursday evening. The good thing with it being a place to take... More

Lovely meal, fantasic nan breads, small portions for the £6.00 offer but plenty enough for a mid week treat. Fantastic staff who have a good sense of humour, will be be going back there on a regular basis.

have been to the Ashiana a few times now. Last time we went was very disappointed especially with the Korma as it had so much water on the plate. Tonight decided to have a take-away. The Korma was swimming in water and the jalfrezia was not that good either. Hate giving a negative feedback , but you used to do... More

Ashiana really need to 'up their game' now there are quite a few Indian restaurants in Stafford. The meal we had was average but nothing special. There was nothing to complain about but we have definitely eaten better dishes at other restaurants. We had poppadoms to start- the sauces etc that accompanied them tasted very 'vinegary'. The main courses were... More
