Visited the place for a meal with my partner and the meals were bad. I had the steak and ale pie with veg and chips, thank god the pie was hot because all the remainder was cold. My partner had the risotto and that was heated up in the microwave. We ate as much as we could and left, never... More

Visited on Sunday 16th November for lunchtime roast at 1pm. Our party consisted of 8 adults. Upon arrival there were hardly any cars in the car park which was surprising given the time of day and it being a Sunday. Staff seemed pleasant enough upon ordering our drinks. A couple of people ordered Coke which which they reported to be... More

Stopped for a rest and a drink and to use the facilities Didn't eat but enjoyed a drink in a nice clean and well decorated pub, it was quiet but the staff were good and attentive We had already eaten but looked at the menu and it looked good and good value too The toilets were clean and the pub... Stopped going for a long time due to poor food preparation. Popped in last month as everywhere else was busy, and pleasantly surprised. We live locally and will go more often. Very pleasant staff also.

We stopped here today on a whim Yes its a chain and its standard pub grub, but service was fine and food was tasty. I had Cajun Chicken with sweet potato fries..it could have done with more side salad but was OK otherwise. Husband's pizza was fine and daughters curry was very good. So whilst I wouldn't give it 5... More

We walked in for a Sunday roast on our tour to Glastonbury & Wells. We had friends with us who were visiting this part of England for the first time and we were hoping for a nice, traditional roast they could try. Unfortunately the roast was not good. Meat was the only acceptable part of the meal, the rest was... More

Used to eat here when it was 2for1 and never had any complaints - decent meals for the price and friendly service. Went here for lunch last Sunday and oh how things have changed! No longer 2for1 which is fine except they now charge on average £7-£10 per meal and the food is very disappointing. It was very quiet which... More

great location with easy access. Sitting outside is so good when the weather permits. Food is very frozen and very bland but the fish and chips is maybe the best choice

My wife and I chose to renew our acquaintance with Camelot when we took our 6 years old grand-daughter for a meal on Sunday last. The first surprise was an empty Car Park, and a consequently empty Restaurant. However, we were hungry and selected an empty table, not difficult as there were only half a dozen other diners spread around... More
