Had a quick dinner in here a couple of weeks ago, before going to gig. The food was fantastic, the Carbonara was wonderful, the best I'd had in years. Very reasonable & great that you can have a small portion of pasta if you prefer. Speedy service too. Looking forward to going back for a more leisurely dinner next time.

We have been customers at Gigis since it opened in 1987 and whilst all restaurants have their off days, we love going back time and time again. Our children have grown up having birthday meals and special occasions here and this week we celebrated our daughter's A level results before she leaves home to go to Uni. Thank you Fiore,... More

Me and my partner dropped in here one night as we were too tired to cook and we are very happy we did! We had pizza and salad between us and the pizza was simply delicious! I always feel that it's not just the food that makes a place enjoyable but also the friendly staff and great service. We left... More

This place is excellent italian food. . You can see the kitchen from the dining area as the kitchen is open plan. The waiters are extremely professional offering advice I have heard them speak in English, Italian and Spanish there and no doubt they speak other languages too.

We had an on the spur decision to go to Glastonbury for the day, traffic on m5 was horrendous , so shortly after arriving noticed Gigi ....we had passed some other establishments however drawn to the lunch time special. Excellent service, greeted with a smile, and the meal was absolutely spot on. I can't emphasise the the cleanliness of the... More

Went here after checking it out on Trip Advisor and weren't disappointed. Lovely italian food, the seafood pasta I had was one of the best ever, didn't try the pizzas but they looked enormous and good too. All 3 of us really enjoyed our evening, the place was busy and buzzing and just generally very pleasant and friendly. Would go... More

This is a great little Italian restaurant. Very busy, busy from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. Although we hadn't booked we were accommodated quickly. The food was above the unsual standard of Italian fare and slightly cheaper than we are used to. Portions were also more generous than we are used to.I would recommend the garlic... More

Another good meal at Gigis. Service is good and pretty fast-do not forget food is cooked to order. Everyone enjoyed their selections and it was a graet ending to our holiday. Thoroughly recommend to anyone who likes genuine italian food.

We liked that it was open on a Sunday night (many restaurants were closed). The restaurant was busy and they kindly squeezed us in with a short wait and minimum fuss. The food is authentic and good quality. Nice atmosphere. Good calzone. I particularly liked that you could see into the kitchen. Pricing is reasonable for centre of tourist area.... More

Centrally located, tastefully decorated, sparklingly clean this is a little piece of Italy relocated to Somerset. The service is friendly, helpful, efficient and polite... the food is to die for... utterly delicious... mmmmmmm...
