Looking for a place to eat on a blustery Bath day and found Bengal Brasserie. A bit small and dark, but service and food were wonderful and lunch price reasonable. Worth a visit

Excellent curry, good service in small- almost hidden away -restaurant in Milsom street. Good variety of dishes well cooked and affordably priced.

Really nice experience. My son who is studying in Bath wanted to give it a try so we went late on a Saturday evening. Nice atmosphere, delicious food and very friendly and helpful staff . Looking forward to going back.

Very large menu, traditional Indian. No thrills, good value. But just could not get excited having tried the Mint Rooms a couple of days before... Staff very friendly. Had to say no to drinks a couple of time as we were waiting for a friend. Big minus point for me, the restaurant was very cold, a draft coming in from... More

Fantastic food, friendly good service and great value. I had my usual popadoms, onion bhaji and chicken tikka masala all were lovely. The guys seemed happy with the choice of beers although the wine list could have been a little bigger.

We were served speedily by a friendly waiter who warned me off a Bengali curry because it was really hot! I chickened out and has a gulap... More

Had dinner at this restaurant recently. I was staying close to the Assembly Rooms, the bengal was easy to find. (Located in the basement.) The decor of MDF shaped ''indian liked'' booths I wasn't impressed with but it gave privacy if that's what u wanted. Ordered the chicken biryani and I asked if the accompanying vegetable curry was made massala... More
