Looking for a place to eat on a blustery Bath day and found Bengal Brasserie. A bit small and dark, but service and food were wonderful and lunch price reasonable. Worth a visit

Excellent curry, good service in small- almost hidden away -restaurant in Milsom street. Good variety of dishes well cooked and affordably priced.
Really nice experience. My son who is studying in Bath wanted to give it a try so we went late on a Saturday evening. Nice atmosphere, delicious food and very friendly and helpful staff . Looking forward to going back.
Found the bengal by accident on our way to another indian restaraunt, and what a find! The staff were very friendly , and the menu very good, and the food really good, cant wait to return to bath and visit again.

Fantastic food, friendly good service and great value. I had my usual popadoms, onion bhaji and chicken tikka masala all were lovely. The guys seemed happy with the choice of beers although the wine list could have been a little bigger.

Ordered the chicken biryani and I asked if the accompanying vegetable curry was made massala...
