Service and decor is all very pleasant however every dish we had was bland and had no hint of Indian spices. We mentioned to the waiter that we were used to more flavour and he responded by giving us a bowl of curry sauce - which also had no flavour but just a lot of chilli. Very disappointing given the... This restaurant was recommended by a local. We've been twice and have been satisfied both times. The food is delicious and the staff is attentive and courteous. The Alu Chaat is a great starter. Other favorites include the Asari Bhuna Gosht and the Jera Mussla Chicken. The nan is hot and fresh. Our only quibble is that while the starter... More

Saw the advert board outside and for £7.50 for 3 courses thought it was worth a go. 4 choices of starter, 6 mains and ice cream or coffee to finish. I expected small portions as it was a lunch deal but was mistaken. Chicken tikka starter was 3 big pieces of chicken, bowl of salad and small bowl of mini... More

This is a lovely cosy restaurant but sometimes with a vibrant atmosphere. Staff are kind and courteous. Food is delicious. pricing is reasonable with a large meal for 2 plus drinks for GBP40. 2nd visit for us and we will be going again.

Discovered this restaurant by chance . Not very noticeable unless you know the place . Very welcoming staff . The decor is elegant and indian traditional though the space is a bit cramped as there are separate booths for tables . Food was amazing and generously portioned . I would go there again and can recommend it to others .

Decided to give this Indian restaurant a try, after finding our regular had recently closed and it was perfect. Situated on the main road running through Milsom Street it takes you down a flight of stairs into a reception area, where you are greeted by the most friendly staff. We were then taken into the most traditional Indian Restaurant we... More

I decided on a vegetarian dish which isn't something I'd usually have in an Indian restaurant and it was simply delicious! A great menu with so much variety, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Will definitely go again next time were in bath!

This was a chance find having walked up Milson Street and being drawn in by the smells.... It's a well decorated basement - very light and atmospheric. Food and service were very good and it worked out cheaper than we had expected. Tourists seemed to dominate the customer base so had obviously been drawn in the same way as ourselves...

Had no problem getting a table as we wanted to go early, at 7.30pm the place was very busy. The waiters could not have been better very attentive. The food as always was amazing. We very often come to this restaurant and have never had any thing to complain about. Thanks again to all the staff at the best Indian... More

We came here for dinner as a group of 10 friends. It wasn't my choice as I usually go to the Eastern Eye. I'd checked the reviews on here which were a mixed bag and consequently wasn't expecting great things. However, we had a fab experience here. The food was good and the staff attentive but unobtrusive. It was a... More
