If the name of this restaurant alone isn't enough to make you want to dine here, then we'll eat our Dhaka topi hats. However, in case you need any further incentive – we're delighted to say that this super-cosy establishment is superb. With whitewashed walls and brightly coloured hand-woven cushions, the Nepalese dining room at Yak Yeti Yak in Bath is warm, peaceful, and popular with a fresh-faced crowd who look like they climb mountains just for fun. While - as far as we can tell - there is no actual yeti on the menu, there are plenty of other star attractions such as the Yak Yeti Yak Beef – spicy beef stir-fried with onions, sweet peppers and tomatoes.

An Overall Great Dining Experience

Disney is not really known for great food excluding some restaurants at Epcot. Animal Kingdom doesn't have that many dining options to begin with. We make it a point every time we visit Disney to eat at this restaurant. First of all it's owned by Landry's which an external company that operates... read more

Visited yak yeti yak for the first time in march 2015, despite intending to go here for a long time and never getting round to it. We were able to have a really nice experience sitting on cushions on the floor (but there are normal tables too if you don't fancy that!) We decided to go for a dish each... More

Tasty, different curry, very friendly staff. The slow cooked pork was lovely, the daal good, the various vegetable curries all interesting. Highly recommended for people who like curry and looking for something different from the norm.

This place was recommended to us by the B&B we were staying in otherwise we'd have never found it! The food was brilliant and there were tons of vegan options even offering vegan ghee. We got the set meals which was plenty of food at a good price. I thought the dahl in particular was very tasty. Service was great... More

Sorry. I did not care for this one. This place is uphill from the train station, and you have to go down a few stairs to get to the basement restaurant, which was cool. It was also decorated very nicely. I just didn't like the food. Although everything was presented well, and the people were nice, I found the food... More

I was disappointed with this restaurant. The menu was dirty and the table was not properly cleaned. The smell of incense was overpowering, but I believe this is to be expected from a Nepalese restaurant. My partner had lamb, which was chewy, bland and tasted of salt. The black lentil dahl was lacking any redeeming feature, so I had to... More

Ate here Feb 17th after looking on trip advisor. Lovely staff and welcome. We were going to have the set menu but then saw next table have it. Tiny metal bowls with very small portions. So we ordered seperate dishes which actually were big enough with plenty of meat. Our Daal and other side dishes were small though as were... More

This place is so nice and welcoming. The staff are friendly and the food is good and authentic. We have visited twice on our trips to bath and won't hesitate to make a third to this gem.
