Description: If the name of this restaurant alone isn't enough to make you want to dine here, then we'll eat our Dhaka topi hats. However, in case you need any further incentive – we're delighted to say that this super-cosy establishment is superb. With whitewashed walls and brightly coloured hand-woven cushions, the Nepalese dining room at Yak Yeti Yak in Bath is warm, peaceful, and popular with a fresh-faced crowd who look like they climb mountains just for fun. While - as far as we can tell - there is no actual yeti on the menu, there are plenty of other star attractions such as the Yak Yeti Yak Beef – spicy beef stir-fried with onions, sweet peppers and tomatoes.

We read about this restaurant at when we arrived at our hotel and called in. Really impressed with the food. Well worth a visit to try something a little different. Enjoy.

We were introduced to this hidden gem of a restaurant whilst visiting a friend in Bath a few years ago. We live in Sussex and when I asked my husband where he wanted to go for dinner on our wedding anniversary he immediately said 'Yak Yeti Yak'. So almost 4 hours drive later we were ushered to our table (recommend... More

The food was excellent, with some really new and different flavours we hadn't experienced before. The service was spot on. An absolutely lovely evening

We took our kids to this restaurant, not knowing what to expect and if the kids would eat. We all gobbled it all up! The food was delicious! We enjoyed the chicken friend rice. The lamb was tender; Sherpa soup was yummy. It was all fantastic! We also shared a bottle of decent wine for £13 which I found to... More

This restaurant is only two minutes walk from the Romans Baths yet out of the way of the crowds. It is a bit hidden away in a basement but decorated in bright Nepalese colours so is very cosy and warm . There was a simple set lunch menu available as well and my daughter and I found the food tasty... More

Thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience, sitting on the floor with authentic Nepalese food. Great value, excellent service. We will go back & recommend.

We stumbled across the Nepalese restaurant on a rainy Friday evening. From the outside, one may say the establishment looks a tad 'run-down', but that is all an illusion. As you enter the restaurant, you are greeted with traditional Nepalese decor and a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere. We hadn't booked (I would suggest booking, you don't want to be disappointed) but... Never had Nepalese food before, so wasn't sure what to expect. After a very friendly welcome we were sat on cushions round a low table (there are normal height tables too for the not so bendy). The decor is fun - lots to look at and a small bureaux with crafts you can buy - and a nice warm smelling... More

We keep going back to yak yeti yak over and over again because their food is exceptional! Great service, great ambience and gorgeous food. Nothing like you would have tasted before. Wish they would open a branch in Bristol :)

Delicious food, great service. Very aromatic tastes. My favorite restaurant in Bath! Worth booking a table as it is a popular place!
