An unexpected gem!

Great food, helpful friendly service, warm romantic atmosphere - perfect! Oh ... and did I say the food was fantastic? The food was better than I remember it being in Morocco ... can't recommend it enough.

Myself and my girlfriend had the beef and chicken tagine, quite simply the nicest tagine I have ever had. Personal highlight, apart from the tagine of course, is the small shop on the way to the toilet selling Moroccan bits and bobs.

If there is a camel parked outside he could be inside enjoying the delights of Moroccan cuisine. Mezze starters..... Lamb tagine. ....Arabian coffee and those little cakes. A visit downstairs takes you through Bath's Casbar! Great atmosphere, service and food.... I will be back.....

Never did I expect to see a Moroccan restaurant in the middle of the touristic Bath, and after my trip to Morocco 6 years ago and subsequently sampled the so-called authentic Moroccan restaurants in Hong Kong and Melbourne, I ditched my lunch plan elsewhere and decided to give it a go. And OMG,it was one of the best decisions I... More

We stumbled upon this and couldn't have been more delighted. Outside and in was the most gorgeous moroccan ornaments and decorations. The menu had plenty of variety, we struggled to choose but the owner was very helpful and what came was a real feast for the eyes as well as the taste buds. We took our two kids who are... More

Wow a treasure, absolutely delighted to find this little restaurant in the centre of Bath. We are great lovers of independent restaurants rather than the "cook in the bag" chain restaurants.Excellent service, excellent food authentic décor even a mini bazaar in the cellar !

Wow, loved this place! Decor was charming, and the food was absolutely delicious. I had the lamb with prune tagine, I don't remember what my husband had but he raved about it as well. Service was prompt and attentive, and we had a very nice conversation with our server as well. We ate here after we took the Bizarre Bath... More

Everything about this restaurant is perfect. From the traditional Moroccan lanterns hanging on the ceiling and the gift shop downstairs to the perfectly cooked, beautifully flavoured dishes. I went here for my cousin's 21st birthday, she chose this restaurant because we are Moroccan and we wanted to see how authentic the food was. I literally could not fault this place.... More

From phoning for a table to arriving the warm hospitality was second to none in Bath. And most importantly the food was spectacular. I re-booked and can't wait. 😀
