We decided to try this restaurant purely on the look of the menu and the vibe of the place. However we were slightly disappointed. We arrived around 1:45pm for lunch and were told we'd have to wait around 30mins. We were quite happy to do so thinking we'd have a drink in the bar. However there was no-one staffing the... More

I have used this restaurant for over 10 years, and usually found it great, but suddenly they have changed their ice cream supplier from the best (movenpick) to a very average one. OK, the new decorations are fine, but does the cheap ice cream have to pay for them? Also the managers change so often the personal touch has vanished.

Had a good lunch with our 9yr and 18th old. Good kids menu and adult portions plenty big enough to share with a hungry toddler. Went for the 2 course lunch menu which is great value but we had to ask for the menu as we weren't given it with the others service friendly but not that efficient.

Had lunch 21/01/2015, My wifes Birthday. Fabulous meal, first class ingredients, brilliant waiters, and a free glass of champagne. What more could you want

We live in Bath and have eaten here many times over the years. The service is often hit and miss but last night (21st Jan 2015) as one of the worst experiences we have had, which compelled me to write a review. My husband and I were entertaining a guest who wanted to eat fish so we decided to go... More

My boyfriend and I came to Bath to have a lovely weekend. We decided we will go to Loch Fyne to dine. When we arrived the receptionist was nice... But the waiter was absolutely awful with us. He didn't ask if we want water and how is the food. He was very friendly with other people who was around us...... More

We were seated quickly. Service was amazingly friendly. Choice of dishes excellent. We all opted for spicy discharges of the specials, they were amazing.

This was about my 10th visit to Loch Fyne in bath, which used to be run by a lovely switched on manager, who knew his market food and location well. No more alas, the first course was a complete joke. I handed mine back. My partner also refused his, the elderly couple we were treating to dinner were to embarrassed... More
