A very pleasant cafe with lovely, friendly staff. We wanted a quick bite to eat to start the day and this place didn't disappoint! Popping in with a couple of friends, we were shown upstairs to a cute little table. Looking around, the decor is very shabby chic, but the no frills approach is fine and clearly the focus is... More

This cafe is lovely and we had a fab breakfast here, the menu had lots of choice and the portions were large. The staff were very friendly and attentive, we were here early on a Sunday morning and made ourselves at home with magazine and papers. It really set us up well for a day of sighteseeing in Bath.

We went to the Retro for a late breakfast. It does look a little tired with dog eared menus but don't let that put you off. The service is good and the breakfast very good -- do take the fried bread option, crispy and delicious.

Whenever we're in Bath we always stop by even if it's just for a milkshake as they are delicious. Good service, the toasted sandwiches are good and it's ideal for lunch and reasonably priced

We only had coffee here, which was excellent. Very central location near to the main attractions. All in all a nice place.

Extremely quick service even though very busy for Breakfast. A little impersonal though but efficient. Food very good and agree with other reviewers decor seems a tad confusing now. Doesn't open till 9am which was a drawback.

Decided to give CR another try since my last visit . Guys the coffee is awful even with an extra shot I would advise go to Blue Quail and try their coffee -I think its your segafredo - its poor ! Breakfast very average - your sausage has no texture and no taste - go and try the Wild Cafe... More

Thank you for your feedback on your recent visit. I am surprised at your comments on our sausages as they are a freshly made pork sausage, not frozen. Our staff member should instead have steered you towards our more Gourmet sausage which we have on our Big Bath Breakfast which is an award-winning sausage from Mitchards butchers in Radstock, who...
