Great spot for lunch

The cafe of this cheese shop is a great place for lunch. Came with a small group of three clients, and we sat in the very charming back room - with its little secret garden. I came here on a visit to Bath with my mum. Living just outside of Bray I spoiled for places to eat. Having been here before I thought previously that it was ok. Service could be better, but I had a canneloni which was spot on, ticked all the boxes, presented beautifully, perfectly seasoned, the texture had the perfect balance... More

A piece of heave! We were absolutely thrilled when discovering this beautiful place when looking out from our hotel window! The charming fasade triggered our interest, and even more so when coming inside! They really know how to make great coffee! We had the plessure of having breakfast to days in a row and we absolutely loved it! The omelet... More

didn't actually eat here but we wanted breakfast as we were staying only over the road in the Hilton. it looks lovely, we sat outside in the sun, and waited while we tried to work out whether it was waiter service or not. no sign of a waiter so I went in to the deli side of the shop and... More

Two of us needed a simple and, ideally, quick lunch. This almost fitted the bill. The salmon fishcakes were excellent and so was the cake we had to finish with. But we decided not to order any coffee, despite this being a cafe. Service had been too slow.

My wife and I dropped in for her to have a coffee and me a freshly squeezed orange juice. We ended up having lunch and my wife croque Monsieur ham and cheese sandwich was the best we had ever tasted. The service was fantastic and I think it will become a regular place for coffee! Well more!

As its title suggests, the cheeses were very well prepared here. Portions were slightly smaller than an average British lunch but sometimes the best food comes in the smallest quantities. The servers were decently attentive and the food was not overpriced. A must-go for any hungry traveler to Bath.

Stopped over in Bath on our way home. Found this little cafe opposite the Hilton Hotel where we had parked. We sat outside and had tea and coffee and a pastry. The prices are average. It you like cheese this is the place to come to. Beautifully displayed and very clean.

I haven't been here for lunch in a while but always remember how delicious and creative the food was. Beautiful and colourful roasted vegetable salads, zesty and spicy paella was what I remember. I have walked past on occasion and seen that the menu had become a bit more 'classic'. Or trying to be at least, which has in all... More
