We grabbed a takeaway coffee and a cookie this morning. Staff were really helpful and informed us of a special offer with the coffee. Coffee was really good and we would definitely recommend.

I arrived into Bath on an early train to make the most of the day, planning to start with breakfast and was surprised to find most places were still closed (it was almost 9am by then). I remembered this café from stopping for lunch during a previous visit to Bath and had enjoyed the food then, so walked round and... More

Some strange TA feedback on customer service! Popped in for a light lunch and very impressed with the ambiance of the cafe. Relaxing, clean and very well presented. We remember a time when the cafe had a little more of a rustic cafe feel about it but a makeover has resulted in a very pleasing interior, well separated tables and... More

This is a lovely little find in terms of a quiet and relaxed place with a great product. The cheeses are beautiful, and they have a wide range of sandwiches and soft drinks which are all equally delicious. The cheesemongers are highly skilled and knowledgeable also. HOWEVER. The waiting staff are appalling (bar one waitress). First time I came here,... More

I am a fan of the Fine Cheese Co and the products it sells, however, its cafe (on this occaision) did not live up to this. All we ordered was tea to drink, however, the service was terrible. Disappointed.

A gem of a restaurant, just off the beaten tourist track in Bath. The restaurant manager was extremely welcoming and friendly. The menu was relatively small but still had plenty of choice, sandwiches, hot food, cakes and plenty of beverages. I had a lovely cappuccino served in a really pretty cup and a beautifully prepared Welsh Rarebit with green salad,... More

My friend and I both decided to go for the cheese plate as we both love trying new cheeses. The staff were very friendly and were happy to select 6 different cheeses for us to try. The person from the cheese counter came out to explain which ones he had chosen and is clearly very enthusiastic about his job. Another... More

Stopped in for lunch today and the food was very tasty. Unfortunately the experience was marred by rude customer service. Left us feeling uncomfortable.
