I love this restaurant. It's unassuming, low key and very relaxed but the staff are great and the food is gorgeous. It's the only place I've found in Bath that serves paneer tikka. I've grown up in my family's Indian restaurants and been indulged by relatives' home cooking so I'm pretty hard to please when it comes to Indian food.... More

I visited Bath recently with my husband and had an evening meal here. We thoroughly enjoyed our starters and mains. The waiter was very attentive and friendly and advised my husband on what to choose as he can't eat food that is too hot - and he certainly advised him well. We thought the price was very reasonable. We would... More

We live within walking distance of this small restaurant. It has been refurbished in the last year, has friendly polite staff, and the food is all made to order. For us it is a good mid week reasonable eat out. The great thing is you take your own bottle so no added expense for alchol.

we visited this restaurant last Tuesday, as there were people in it, you have to take your own wine, but there is a coop close by, we ordered the starters which came very quickly, too quickly they were hot on outside and almost frozen in middle. We complained and left immediately.

Wow, these guys have really lifted their game, what a difference it makes when you experience a waiter that actually enjoys serving, knows about the food and is enthusiastic. Well this has to be a reflection of he owners and management, and yes they have got this fine balance just right, excellent varied menu beautifully prepared, don't forget to take your... More

Had a really tasty meal with friends on Saturday. Service was great despite a large group of us without a reservation. The restaurant is small and lacking in atmosphere but very comfortable. We've previously had takeaway too which was great but the all you can eat was less impressive.

I had dinner at Mouchuck a few weeks ago at the end of a '24hrs in Bath' style break. My choice of restaurant was completely random, as this was simply a place near my hotel. Despite its modest location and appearance both outside and within, the restaurant appears to have retained a first class chef in the kitchen as the... More

The food was delicious and the service very quick; I was there on my own and the waiters were extremely friendly. It was also very reasonably priced. I would thoroughly recommend this restaurant.

My husband and I ate at Mouchuck last night for the first time. We were originally going to walk into town to either Rajpoot or The Eastern Eye but I'm so glad we didn't because Mouchuck is definitely a cut above either of them as far as food & service is concerned. We didn't make a booking, thinking it would... More
