Staff were more interested in each other than customers which is why we only got half our order until we prompted them. They did bring it over after they asked us to prove we'd paid for it! Food was average - wouldn't recommend.

Me and my partner came here for lunch. When placing order with lady at the till, she didn't look at me so I was unsure if she could hear my order. I used the menu to point out what I wanted, she told me "you don't have to point it out!".... A bit rude. We then sat down to only... More

This is a good location for a quick in and out. The food comes hot & quickly and is good value for money, the staff are friendly and attentive. The ground floor is fairly crowded and has a queue from the door to the counter to order. We found that in December sitting downstairs gives you a constant cold draught... More

Situated in the prestigious Milsom Place at the very heart of Bath, Parisien Cafe & Restaurant is advertised as the perfect place to enjoy an alfresco lunch, grab some take away for those quick office lunch breaks, or to catch up with old friends over coffee. My friend and I recently went there for a light lunch and found the... More

We went to this café/restaurant yesterday for the Bath Christmas market and came upon this café/restaurant. We ordered a breakfast. Not great on customer service. No please/thank you from them. When I ordered I didn't realie she finished already, I gave her the money as she asked for it, then I said, can I have scrambled eggs not fried .... More

Food really nicely flavoured with decent sized portions. Waiting staff very pleasant. Only downside is you feel very rushed at the till. I understand that they have to serve very quickly but it feels that you are almost not valued (something that is not reflected in the waiters thankfully)

1300hrs lunch for four people on a Saturday. Extremely busy but service quick and efficient. Baguettes served with salad and latte coffee, Scone and hot chocolate too. £22 for the four of us. Well worth it. Comfortable setee and chairs to lounge upstairs. Seating inside and out. Facilities good. Great position in this bustling City. Will definitely return when next... More

We visited on a Sunday and picked the place as we were were able to get a seat straight away. The order is placed at the bar and you get a little gizmo which vibrates crazily on the table when your food is ready. The service was quick and pleasant and the food was nice too. Hubby had a Croque... More
