Birthday meal at the Mint Room got off to a bad start as it was extremely busy as previous bookings had run over. We did wait 25 mins but it was ok in the end. The manager was very apologetic with free drinks and he also pushed our order to the front if the queue. The food was delicious and... More

We visited the Mint Room recently, and it has 'raised the bar' for our expectations on what to expect from an Indian Restaurant so much, that every Indian Restaurant we have visited since does not compare; they all do not even come close. It has also made us re-think our previous favourite Indian Restaurants as now when we compare them... More

Birthday meal with friends - the place was buzzing. This is the only Indian restaurant I go to now. The rabbit starter picked by my friend was delicate and beautifully spiced. Great veggi choices, Theakstones old peculiar and interesting deserts. Book for a table although if you turn up late you might be lucky. Lots of people ordering takeaway and... More

Have been to the mint rooms more than once (which is unusual as there are so many excellent places in Bath I often like to try somewhere new). The food is excellent, ideal for Indian food lovers who want to try it a little differently. Without a doubt have the lamb shank, you wont regret it... but it's all good!

If you're white you will be treated better. It's all about pleasing the white man for brown people. Superior the black man, inferior to the white man

We booked to eat here for valentines in January and yet again we were not disappointed. The staff are fantastic and Moe (the manager) always looks after us. We always ask for a specific table however this time we were given a little booth next to the window which I think is my new favourite! The way the restaurant was... More

The food here is very good and appeared to be freshly made. The sauces had a good flavour of the spices you'd expect from an Indian restaurant. The portions are of a good size. The restaurant is nicely decorated in a modern fashion and spotlessly clean

Tried this place with few friends. Made prior reservation. The guy who took our orders was super rude to a point that he made all of us offended. Average food but over priced. You pay for the ambience & food design. At the end 12-14% service charge was added to our bill. All factors considered I will not return back... More

Wanted to treat a friend who just came back from India so decided on the Mint Room. Not being ny far great aficionado of Indian cuisine I decided because of its reputation. The food was excellent, very tasty and very authentic according to my companionthe service second to none, prices were as well very reasonable
