The Mint Room is a very good restaurant serving delicious and well presented food. The signature dishes are very tasty, freshly made with excellent spicing and flavours. It is so refreshing to find an Indian restaurant that offers a diverse menu, with efficient and friendly service with good ambience. Can't wait to go back and sample more.

After reading reviews and hearing good reports we were expecting a really good dining experience with high standard Indian cuisine. The food - to be fair - was good, but did not live up to the expected hype. Clumsy presentation, mainstream flavouring and certainly quantity over quality. Maybe we had a bad night there but in my opinion too many... More

We visited Bath for 3 days having never been there before. We looked for restaurants on tripadvisor and tried to book the top rated one - alas, fully booked. Then this little gem popped up. We love Indian food and thought we'd give it a try. It's not centrally located but close enough to walk in 15 mins (we drove... More

There are a few curry houses in Bath and most are average at best. If you've tasted some of the country's finer Indian restaurants (friends from Leicester and Birmingham assure me theirs are the finest), a curry in town is likely to be a let down.... Unless of course you take a 10-15 minute stroll out of the centre to... More

Have visited many times and reviewed before but yesterday ( Sunday 13th April) was just brilliant. It was packed, very busy for a Sunday night but the waiters weren't flustered and the food this time was fantastic, rich intense flavours and well-cooked especially the vegetarian main courses and that always delicious paneer tikka! Definitely had the best chefs,or enough chefs... More

Dined here while in Bath last week, on holiday from Scotland. Our food was quite simply the best Indian cuisine we have had. The staff were so friendly - will definitely recommend to friends.

We had our wedding anniversary meal here recently and it was fantastic. Amazing menu, staff were excellent, nothing to complain about at all. And what was super was that when they found out about our anniversary they presented us with some cake and had written happy anniversary round the edge of the plate on sauce. It was very cute.

Smooth creamy and delicious. We had the lamb korma which was moist, creamy an delicious, best we have ever had - cheese nan bread was outstanding and the chicken Labrador was good. We started with the vegetarian started which was very good.

Four of us dined here for the first time. From the outside it looked okay, but once inside there was a vibrancy that was encouraging. The menu was excellent with lots of choice and many "less traditional" Indian meals. Presentation and quality of food was really outstanding. We ordered three Double Espresso's at the end of our meal and were... More

My son and I were trying to find some where to eat late on a Friday evening and this was the third we tried on Lower Bristol Road before finding some where still serving and with a free table. Service was perhaps a little too attentive for the late hour (both of us tired and hungry) but all friendly and... More
