Fantastic Lunch

Had a great lunch there. Tapas dishes are generous and beautifully cooked. Friendly service. Will definitely be back. Great find.

After spending some time in the pub opposite, my wife and I decided to test the Tasting Room for a bite to eat. We splashed out on a bottle of bubbly, although the price was not prohibitively expensive. Can recommend the pearl barley risotto, and the cheese board contained some of the most delicious cheeses - including a Brie to... More

Lovely little wine bar. Brilliant range of various sprits and wines. It's a great place to pop in and have a drink and a bite to eat, would totally recommend chorizo, accompanied by a large glass of the reasonably priced Rijoca. Lovely and welcoming staff and will definitely be going back again! ☺️

Tucked away down a side street, up a twisting staircase and you find yourself in one of the best bars/ eateries in Bath! Worth hunting for and worth sampling one or two (or three) of the selection of whiskies available and tucking into one of the superb meals on the menu. We will definitely be returning and will be booking... More

I've been here a few times now and it's a firm favourite. There is always a pleasant suprise in store, with changing wine specials. The wine is top notch, the food is consistently good, and the staff are lovely. The only difficulty might be getting a table at lunch time on a busy weekend. It's well worth persevering though! It's... More

A random discovery whilst wondering around the back streets of Bath, this is a hidden Gem. On the ground floor you have a wonderful off licence selling wines from around the world, local ale. A fantastic selection of whiskey to suit all budgets and an increasing selection of unusual Gins. Upstairs you find a reason to return time and time... More

This was my first experience of the Tasting Rooms. Working in the wine trade I was eager to sample what was on offer and was not disappointed. The wine list is interesting, very well priced and even the cheapest bottles tasted good. Between five of us we ordered a host of the tapas style food and without exception, it was... More

Set in an obscure location down a side street off the main street through Bath, the Tasting Room is located on the first floor above its shop of the same name. The entrance is through a doorway which could be so easily missed or passed by, without a glance (especially when the shop is closed). The restaurant itself is very... More

Wandering around Bath as two weekend tourists makes you peckish, so we chanced upon the narrow entrance up the stairs to this bijou and friendly café. The lunchtime offer of game stew with a glass of wine included was good value. It came hot, fresh and tasty with curly kale and mash - just what was needed on a cool... More

We found this place by pure chance one evening on our way back to the hotel and decided to bob in for a night cap - we just loved it as soon as we walked in tiny, intimate candle lit bar with only a few tables but could quite easily be packed out which would give a great atmosphere we... More
