The Tasting Room is a nice restaurant and wine bar. It's a great place to relax after a day of tourism in Bath. Friendly staff and good food at a good price. My wife ate sole which she thought was wonderful. Soul I enjoyed pigion breasts, maybe slightly over cooked. But the taste was there nothing wrong with. This, plus... More

This place is just amazing... A little place of heaven.. Welcoming and happy staff makes it more delicious. Food is awesome, fresh and very tasty. Excellent wine menu at really reasonable prices. I was running a wine bar in France and all I can say THIS PLACE THINK ABOUT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. Nothing best to discover new quality products explained by... More

Whilst looking for somewhere to have a pleasant drink we popped into this gem of a place. Incredible wines (it's owned by the same guy who runs the excellent wine shop downstairs) and after half a bottle of rose we opted for some great food to go with it. In a world of same-old chains (which even Bath is becoming... More

If you love attentive service, great locally produced and inspiring food with an extensive wine list and someone to discuss it with, look no further. This place never fails to impress me. Reasonably priced too- whats not to love!

I found this place by mistake whilst on an annual December 'pilgrimage' to Bath. We thought we'd walk a convoluted route back to get our train home, and spotted this bar open so we popped in for a quick glass of wine. Ended up staying for around an hour and opted to have a cheese plate to go with the... More

It was raining and we had to walk a while to find this restaurant, which we found on Trip Advisor. Good find. Food was small plates of delicious items to be shared. Great service -attentive. Enjoyed the casual atmosphere. Definitely need to return.

We arrived without a reservation on a damp Friday evening. We got a table straight away and had really welcoming and knowledgable service. The tasting menu was perfect - four courses of food with a different wine each for each seemed good value at £35 a head. We sat inside but there are a few tables outside which would be... More

We popped in for lunch one Saturday afternoon whilst taking in the sights of Bath. It's located in Green Street, which is a short stroll north of the Abbey. We went for the £10.50 option of two tapas and glass of house wine per person. Our choices included manchego cheese in chilli oil, a delicious butternut squash concoction, black olive... More

My friend and I went here for a selection of tapas and a couple of glasses of wine. Although the menu does not list which options are vegetarian, the waitress was happy to talk us through what each dish contained and helped us make our selections. The tapas dishes we went for were all lovely and the wine was good... More

Interesting place, good for something different. The service was quick. We enjoyed the mozzarella dough balls from the tapas specials board.
