Delightful pastries and excellent cofffes

We were amazed at the selection of afternoon treats and great coffees/teas. After trying all of the tourist tearooms, this was a welcomed find. Generous portions and amazing choices.

We love pattiserie Valerie. The London branches are great. This one felt like a wimpy bar though with crappy tables and chairs and a stinky pee covered toilet complete with false flowers. As usual the cakes were lovely as was the coffee. The staff were pleasant but again sort of a bit like they were working in a wimpy. No... More

Among the many tourist-trap coffee & tea shops, we found this delightful French style coffee shop. Amazing choices and one of the best moka cafes I ever tasted. I was jealous of the amazing dishes being served at the next table.

My Husband and I called into this great pattiserie on Friday. The atmosphere was lovely and the premises very welcoming and befitting of Bath. The Staff were attentive and the drinks plus gateaux we had - gorgeous.

Fantastic little shop, with good coffee, awesome pastries and food. Stopped in for a quick lunch. The ham and cheese croissant was fabulous!

Popped in here for a quick coffee and croissant on a recent visit to Bath. At first glance its reminiscent of coffee shops from my youth (1950s) and that one finds in Europe. Unfortunately appearances can be deceptive and in reality it didn't live up to expectations. Despite the slow service the hot drinks were hot but the croissants were... More

Before embarking on our shopping spree we stopped for coffee and Belgian Apple tart for me and Tarte au citron for her. I enjoyed my espresso and tart, she enjoyed her tart but her Americano was on the large size for her (as usual). Overall a good start to the day.

Very average ambience. We got our coffee ok but they forgot the cakes! Had almost finished drinks before being able to attract waitress.

Stopped off here for a quick bite to eat, I had eggs Benedict and orange juice. The eggs Benedict was gorgeous and cooked to perfection the bacon was very good quality and nice and thick. Lovely! The juice wasn't bad either.

Popped in on a raining lunch time and were shown to a table straight away. The menu had something on for everyone! The staff were friendly and attentive!
