My friend and I are travellers from Australia and would recommend this cafe to any other would be tourists coming through Bath! My friend and I stopped in here for lunch and were very impressed with the experience. We had the tuna club, and the mozzarella sandwiches, which were both delicious and reasonably priced. The custard slice for dessert was... More

Place was rammed with tourists, especially Chinese/Japanese but service was very quick and atmosphere was cool and with a real buzz. Coffees and cakes, particularly the carrot cake were excellent, not too expensive either considering we were in the heart of Bath, felt good about visiting this Patisserie and would go again.

They had the best pastry that I have had in this area for a great price. U can't beat that 4 for £10. And they were all so delicious that I wish u could get some more.

We visited Patisserie Valerie in Bath just because we were looking for somewhere for lunch. We both had sandwiches followed by possibly the best cake I've had in a very long time . Service was good too and it was busy. Perhaps I'm easy to please but we liked it so much we went back the next day.Probably not good... More

Upon entering the restaurant, a waiter – called Dominique – spoke to us in a very high and impolite tone of voice, saying: ARE YOU OK??????? ARE YOU TAKING OUT?????? It was literally as were STANDING AT THE FRONT DOOR. We said that we WERE OK and added that we wish to be seated, noting that a friendly Hello or... More

Decided I wanted a cream tea to round of my birthday and Patisserie Valerie was the only one we could find so late in the area. Having gone past shops in the chain on numerous occasions expectations were high. It was a busy time and a table at the back of the cafe was found and cleaned for us. The... More

Not all Patisserie Valeries are the same. Had brunch with my wife on 11 August. My club sandwich was ok but no where near as good as the PV in Canterbury. Even the menu in this chain is slightly different from other PV's. Why does Canterbury serve the club sandwich with fries but Bath only a few crisps. Also mean... More

Famished after driving up from London, needed brunch & the menu looked appealing to stomach & wallet. Partner had cheese & tomato toasted panini & I had the big breakfast. Good size serves, not stingy & not too large that there was waste. Cant remember the brand of coffee they use, but it tasted good & it was brewed well.... More
