We had an evening at green park the atmosphere was fantastic. Live band playing jazz which was not over powering you could hear each other talk still. Staff were attentive and polite. We both ordered the rib eye steak mine was cooked perfect unfortunately my wife's steak was very fatty, which I know rib eye can be, but even for... More

We ate here on a short break to Bath. The food was really good, we had the meat platter to share for starters and oh my word it was phenomenal, the meat was tasty, the olives really fresh, the salad was also freshly prepared and the portion size very generous. the other courses managed to live up to the starter... A lively, bright atmosphere, very cheerful young staff, food good but nothing fancy, unobtrusive live music, a very successful conversion of part of a railway station.

Went here midweek for the early bird menu. Tasty food, vegetarian options fairly standard for this kind of place. Good value for money. Live jazz music was a nice little extra. Staff were all really lovely & attentive.

We have been frequent visitors to "the Brass" in the past 10 years, but circumstances have had a gap of 12 months prior to this visit. We chose to test our previous experiences by reserving a table for 2 on a Saturday evening, during "Freshers week" in a city with 2 Universities! Daft idea? NO! It passed with flying colours!... Menu features seasonal options. Very well prepared and presented. Seasoning provided interesting flavor, but not heavy handed. House red(France) was good option. We went 'early' (1830) and were able to get it. But late diners will probably need a res.

The title about sums it up. Visited for lunch on a Thursday, staff were attentive, and a very nice lady (I assume the owner or manager) came to ask us if everything was ok and then had a few minutes pleasant conversation with us about our trip to Bath, and was genuinely interested in hearing about our views. Nice touch.... More

We chose to eat at Green Park Brasserie because of the live music and were a bit disappointed when we saw the menu. The menu doesn't always tell the story though. The food was nicely presented and so fresh. All put together with a nice jazz combo playing in the background. Well worth a visit.
