Great place for Christmas lunch

We held a work Christmas lunch here in the run up to Christmas. The service and food was excellent and they catered well to some dietary requirements in the group. I would certainly recommend.

Just arrived back from weekend in Bath. Had evening meal here, it was ok nothing special, not cheap either. Wine quite expensive also as apposed to same wine in Irish Bar for half the price. Jazz music ok but Band could at least smile to show they are at least enjoying what they do. Very friendly waiting staff though....

Dear Jan H, Thank you for visiting us and we are so pleased you found our waiting staff very friendly. Regarding the wine, we had a look into the Irish Bar drinks menu online and we had found wines with same grape varieties, but different brands and due to the quality we cannot afford the same prices. We want to... More

The setting of this place is unmatched. The Tramshed which houses the restaurant is staggering architecture. Take a while to wonder at the details and Brunels brilliance. It's probably the best wine list you'll ever come across with great choice and fair prices. The food is upmarket without being fussy and good portions. Best nights to go are when there's... More

We had a lovely evening and at £65pp good value. The set 6 course dinner was excellent, the staff friendly and helpful and the service was superb. Serving 6 courses to a full house so seamlessly was a credit. We enjoyed the live jazz, particularly the guest singer. Thank you to all.

The review in the Bath restaurant guide said live jazz and local sourced farm foods. We booked online to avoid disappointment for our Wedding Anniversary meal! Having walked into a virtually empty restaurant we should have been suspicious! We were given our menu got our drinks but sat for quite a while before our order was taken. The starter came... More

A party of 40 and we visited on 15th December for the office Xmas lunch. Obviously we had pre-ordered but the staff were very well prepared and got 3 courses of hot and extremely good Xmas Fayre out without any fuss or dramas whatsoever. Popped in with a friend for a quick lunch and looking at most of the other reviews maybe i was just unlucky. The waitress was very pleasant but her English wasn't so good and we had a little trouble giving her our order. My Burger and chips when it arrived was average, not worth the money and certainly no better... More

A surprising little restaurant, considering it is located a sterile business park environment. Lamb shank highly recommended. Really good staff who make you most welcome. Recommend you book a table as it gets very busy.

It's quite a pleasant brasserie atmosphere, very noisy though. Student Staff is friendly ! I ate a quiche and was surprised at the small size. It didn't taste great either ... So yes a bit disappointed.

We had a team Christmas meal here at the end of November, and were seated in the marquee outside.
