I have visited this little café several times and have never been disappointed. Today I only had just under an hour for a quick lunch so hoped for quick service and not disappointed although pot of peppermint tea took 10 minutes to arrive-Why?? Lovely cakes - home made - on previous visit had the best Blondie I have ever had... More

Took my partner to Bath, on the train, for his birthday and, inevitably, we decided that lunch was the order of the day. Didn't know Bath and only had a printed out street map. After peering at a few menus displayed outside different venues, we decided we liked the look of the gaily coloured tables and chairs down some steps... More

Came across this cafe whilst sightseeing in Bath. Sat outside in the sunshine and had the Bath Rarebit. It was a revelation! Thick bread with yummy cheesy rarebit and a good plate of salad and coleslaw. I just about managed to finish it! I will make a bee line for this cafe the next time we visit Bath, just for... More

Despite being a busy small cafe with not many covers we were quickly found a seat and both the service and the food was excellent. Two of us had the soup of the day which was delicious and just the thing for a rainy day. Portion size was generous and prices reasonable for the center of Bath.

This cafe was tucked away but well worth seeking out, small and unpretentious it was a lovely friendly place to stop for a cup of tea without being oversold the historic 'tourist' bath.

The queue at Sally Lunn's too long so we went in here, really glad we did. Great service, waitress very friendly. The food was home cooked and great quality and not over priced. Definitely try it out.

Stopped here for a quick bite to eat. Very tasty and filling (esp for the cheap price) . Good service and cleanliness . I can highly reccomend the chorizo, chicken and mozzarella wrap .

Called in for a hot drink out of the rain after being recommended. We had a lovely cuppa and a Bath Bun and took advantage of their offer on refills. Sat outside under the patio heater watching the world go by, would definitely go back next time we're in Bath.

Went for the free wifi, was impressed by the friendly service as well as the well-priced lunch that managed to be unpretentious, quick to the table, and tasty, as well as happily backed up by a nice pot of tea. My only (and it was only a small) concern was that it was unclear what type of flour was used... More
