The staff were great, very chatty and attentive. Excellent wine selection. My partner had bolognese to start which was the best ever, and our mains of liver and saltimbocca were terrific too.

This cozy Italian Bistro is a real find near the Royal Crescent in Bath. My wife and I enjoyed a wonderful dinner of Pollo alla Diavola (roast chicken w/ olives and tomatoes plus being gluten-free) and Cioppino (Mediterranean seafood stew). The garlic bread was a favorite of mine. We shared a bottle of wine and the ambiance made the evening... More

In short this place is quality. Fantastic food, attentive staff, great wine and a 'rustic' authentic ambience. The food really did take us back to Tuscany. Can't give higher praise, thanks again for a great night and we will endeavour to return next time with our little one! Rustico Bistro... Bellissimo!

If you want to have a change from the usual Italian chains give this place a try. This is authentic Italian food in a small friendly bistro and you won't be disappointed. Well worth supporting these independent places or they will disappear. The staff were attentive without being obtrusive.

Visited on a Friday evening with friends, in brief it was an excellent meal served by friendly staff in a lovely setting and not expensive! Will certainly be returning.

located between the circus and the crescent. It was recommended by Peter from Marlborough house B&B and was he ever right. It was the best dinner we had in Bath. The lasagna is to die for,and all the food was very authentic, as good as we had in Italy. To make it even more delightful the staff were welcoming and... More

We go here regularly and its a wonderful little restaurant - its family run which means they remember you and welcome you in. They have specials every week which are always interesting and varied. We love to eat the garlic bread as a starter (dripping with butter and garlic - don't breath on anyone afterwards! - and this week we... More

Basically one of the best Italian's in the West Country and worth seeking out in it's location near the Royal Crescent. Very personal service, great food and reasonably priced, a better atmosphere and far more authentic than some of the higher rated Italian establishments in Bath.
