We went here today for lunch and were not disappointed. This is a big bar cum restaurant on two levels with a roof terrace which is what attracted us as I wanted to smoke a cigar after lunch. To use the terrace you have to order food and drinks from the main bar on the ground floor and your food... More

Visited last night with two colleagues. The place looks great from the outside and first impressions are good - a presentable bar with a reasonable selection of drinks. As the restaurant we wanted to go to was fully-booked, we thought we'd go upstairs and try H&W's fare. Plenty of staff wandering about, plenty of space. So far so good. The... More

I love this bar! I've never eaten here but the roof terrace is amazing for drinks in the sunshine! The decor inside is lovely too and the prosecco went down an absolute treat! Really good atmosphere too!

Having seen a review recommending this pub due to the rooftop views we visited for lunch whilst dropping our son back at uni. What a great place. It was nice and busy on a sunny Sunday, mid afternoon. We ordered an assortment of different food, and having been warned that there would probably be a 45 minute wait because they... More

This is the second time eating here. This time it was lunch with friends, great customer serivce, food good and the building upstairs is light and spacious. The main pub is downstairs which can get very busy and noisy in the evenings.

As you come through the door you will find a nice series of spaces and a bar. Now what do you do.? There is nothing to guide you. Is this waitress service , bar service, and on what floor? There seem to be staff aplenty, but most are gathered around the till of coffee machine chatting ............ happy play school,... More

We went for dinner on Saturday night @ 7pm and it was very busy. Food was good although the cheese croquettes were rather tasteless, but the other dishes we ordered were very nice. Staff were very good. Very unusual building on 3 floors, with a roof terrace, first floor dining room and the ground floor was the main bar/pub area.... More

Came for a family meal Saturday night. Nice atmosphere and nice venue. Waitress was very polite. There were a group of twelve and all of us got what we ordered with no problem. I had the roast chicken which was cooked well and very flavorsome followed by scrummy Eton mess. Good portion sizes, prompt service, fair prices. Very enjoyable visit
