Very charming evening, the place is not sumptous and not in the center of town, but in a good place, very warm atmoshere and with lot of space around tables. Meals were good with plentiful dishes (especially for fish and chips), there was lot of attention for our kids to provide right food and quantities. Waffles were perfect to close... More

We visited this pub as recommended by our hotel. Had lovely steak cooked as we like it. Chips are to die for! We went again and I had the beef Daube which melted in the mouth with mash & greens, delicious. My husband had the fish & chips which was wonderful. Can highly recommend this for unfussy good food in... More

Just been in for a steak tonight and it was one of the best. Friendly service and very good presentation. Afterwards sat in a very comfy area by a real fire..bliss. A very relaxing and pleasing visit. Lovely staff too.

Ate at this tavern on two occasions whilst we were in Bath for the weekend. Meals were exceptional, beautifully presented and service equal to none. Food locally produced, and made to order.Would recommend for the food and the moderate price.

Well above average food and friendly staff. I wish this was my local pub. Large bar with lots of different style of seating. Large car park to rear. Close to the RBU hospital.

Decided to eat here as it was just down the road from where we were staying. We had fish and chips, it was freshly cooked piping hot and very very filling, hubby had his and half of mine (greedy pig) reasonable prices too.

I went to The Weston in Bath for Sunday Lunch as it had been recommended to us. We had booked for 2pm but when we went for our meals the Yorkshire puddings were soggy, they had ran out of carrots so me (being a veggie) had to make do with a soggy Yorkshire , dried out roasties, nice crispy green... A very well cooked carvery platter and wonderful staff. Very well run pub with a lovely 'unstuffy' atmosphere. If we lived here we'd be here every Sunday.
