We were expecting a nice Friday lunch at the famous Jamie's Oliver outlet at Milsom Place on 25 Jul. It turned out giving us a dreadful memory of Jamie's franchise - our first and would be the last one. We were 'ignored' for almost 15 minutes after seated regardless how hard I waved my hand and then the menu. The... More

Very POOR value for money. You're paying for the name! Go to Carluccio's downstairs - better all round! Nuff said!

Dined here for dinner and was greeted at the door on my arrival, the restaurant was buzzing and had a pleasant vibe. Waiters were very positive and happy. Chose to sit on the terrace and loved it! Views were spectacular! Waitress was very helpful and knowledgable about menu and took my order as soon as I arrived. I ordered the... More

Overall we had a nice dining experience at Jamie's. The food all tasted good and the started vegetarian board was delicious. The chicken main was very good too. The pasta was good but not tasty enough to be called great and the salad was fine but again nothing extraordinary. All of the food was fresh and a great mix of... More

We arrived early evening on Friday in Bath and we had not booked anywhere so we popped into Jamie's to try to get a table. We were td it would be a 40 minute wait and so we went to sit in the bar. Unfortunately it soon became apparent that the 40 minutes was more like 90 minutes. I really... More

The food was beautifully presented and colourful, all vegetables/salad tasted fresh and there was a very pleasant, unhurried atmosphere. Staff were very welcoming, efficient and friendly.

Went to Jamie's following my partners son's graduation, along with his girlfriends family for a celebration meal and have to say we were not particularly impressed. It seems Jamie's latest crusade for economising now extends to the portion sizes served in his restaurants. Starters were very small and my portion of fried calamari looked more like scraps from the deep... More

Wanted to try Jamie's and was pleased I did but probably won't be back. Good ambience, food good but not outstanding, service average to slow - glass of chilled white house wine (£7.05 for a 250ml glass!!) was warm by the time our main course arrived. Waited 15 minutes for table - OK - but still hadn't managed to get... More

First visit here and we had the crab and avocado bruschetta, wild rabbit casarecce and prawn linguine, plus a dish of breads served with an incredibly fresh and tasty olive and sundried tomato tapenade. All were excellent and presentation of all dishes we saw being served was gorgeous. No room left for dessert, unfortunately. Restaurant is quite noisy due to... More

Excellent food - pasta and fish perfectly cooked. Reasonably priced with friendly service. We would certainly return.
