My wife and I thought we'd try Jamie's for a change. I ordered a liver dish which sounded very tasty. I was expecting the liver to have been cut into pieces and cooked in the sauce - instead it was served as a large slab with some evidence of a crust on the outside. As I began to slice in... More

We enjoyed the quirky decor (peeling wallpaper) but it may not be to everyone's taste. We also enjoyed the sense of walking throughout the kitchens to get to our table. We were treated to a fab window table when the staff learned that it was for the final night of our holiday and had the best waitress we have ever... More

Just visited the Liverpool Italian. We have been a couple of times before and never a problem. But tonight the fries with the steak were over coated with spices making them ar too hot. My steak was cool and under cooked even for me! So it was re-cooked, but still raw in parts. So I gave up on it. Give... More

Decided to go out on the friday night, arrived, asked for a table for two, the staff were very nice, very accommodating. Ordered some wine, which was nice, but REALLY exspensive. We went to Jamie's Italian because we wanted to have excellent Italian gfood. And we did not get disappointed! The Pasta was perfect, the Salmon I had with grilled asparagous was melting on my tongue, the Entrees and the dessert were awesome. It was a great experience ! And the terrace is fantastic - you have a great view over... More

We have had great food in the Manchester restaurant and expected the same here. Wasn’t to be though. My partner’s pre dinner drink took over 25 minutes to arrive from downstairs - well into the first's by then. The starters were nice - problem was the mains were lukewarm at best. Triple cooked chips were truly awful - cold soft... More

Never really bought into the fat-tongued ones evil empire - either in TV or book form. So was interested to see what this restaurant would be like. A family meet up provided the reason to go, as was convenient for all. First the good bits: The staff were all very pleasant - the training showed. Although you couldn't help feeling... More

We found our meals delicious and the portions were a good size. It was really busy there we recommend that you book early. The meals were a little pricy but it was worth it. The restaurant was close to the Bath Hilton Hotel and the Roman Baths.
