Just ate here and it was rubbish compared to the many other places we've visited & dined in over the weekend in Bath. We had to wait 20 mins for our pre-booked table, then they had run out of loads of items on the menu. We ordered the artisan bread starter & the waitress said that all the breads were... More

No disappointment here! The service was friendly. The food to die for and the decor interesting. I love the fact that you can try food that maybe you are afraid to try to make at home. It gives you the encouragement to go home and cook. Great food and even if you have to wait they are kind and you... More

8 of us went to Jamie's for a 40th celebration. We were handed menus at 8.30 and informed that there were only 3 main courses available this evening! I called the waiter back over and explained that we were celebrating and I asked for a complementary bottle of wine to compensate. He gave us two bottles which was most acceptable.... More

Came here for a 30th Birthday meal. Despite waiting 10 minutes while the staff dealt with high numbers of people being seated, once we sat down we were well looked after. The waitress was friendly, enthusiastic and offered recommendations which she showed good knowledge of. The food was superb, especially the aperitif of nacho ravioli! Epic!! Very nice experience and... More

We visited on a busy Sunday lunchtime. None of the meals (we all had pasta) were particularly hot. I sent mine back to get heated up but it still wasn't that hot when it was returned. All of the meals were ok but nothing special - i think the pasta dishes served in most real Italian restaurants or even Prezzo... More

Hum.. What to say about Jamie's.....? I wanted to like it, I really did, but there were a few issues. We had booked as a group of 9. When we arrived we were seated at a cramped table near the bathrooms, that was fine, someone has to sit there.....but we all get on so it was cosy ;) We looked... More

After being recommended by a friend I booked a table for me and the wife for our 20th anniversary of meeting. While address is not correct as it is in Milson Place not Street which made it hard to find the overall set up of the place was fine, bar downstairs main eating area upstairs. The notes on our booking... More

Anywhere that immediately brings water to the table is a hit in my eyes! Very pleasantly impressed, great fresh food, friendly staff and reasonably priced. Well done Jamie.
