This restaurant provided us with pleasant surroundings and an interesting menu. All our courses were well presented and very tasty to eat. The staff gave us just the right amount of attention. We had a lovely evening.

This is a small intimate restaurant which at once takes you to France and a typical bistro. The menu is very interesting with plenty of choice. My 3 fish starter was superb, the Ballantine of rabbit was good although with rather too much risotto. I shared the parfait and the lemon tart with my husband and they were tasty but... More

During our visit to Bath, we had dinner at the cozy Casanis. The meal was very creative, with very delicious tastes. The service was great and the evening was most enjoyable. This is a good choice if you want great service and wonderful food.

We visited at lunch time without making a prior booking. The lady who greeted us was very warm and friendly and as the restaurant was quiet we were able to choose a table in the window alcove. Our meal was delicious and there was no sense of being rushed. The service was polite and the right side of attentive. Love... More

The service was great, very friendly, the restaurant is quite small and cosy, the atmosphere very relaxed.Well worth a visit and top of our list when we're next in... More

This is another small bistro in a bath townhouse. The food is well presented but the menu is a bit tired, and could use updating. That said it is flavourful and tasty, and the atmosphere a bit stuffy The wine list needs improving. A perfectly correct experience for an older crowd

We live in Bath so have eaten at many of the restaurants, but I wanted to book something special for my wife on our 31st wedding anniversary. I did my research and heard great things about Casanis in Bath, so we booked a table for two. Casanis is but a short walk from the City centre and sits on a... More

Went with my wife as a plan B. Original selection was full. What a great meal. Excellent bottle of wine (cote de beaune), great seafood selection and great service. Spent £100 with the wine, starter and entree for both and a shared postre. Will return.

Great food and a lovely reception. Sea trout ravioli with fish broth was a great start. Main course confit quail with fregola salad just great. We'll be back and definately recommend this lovely place.
