Just had a great meal, lots of comfort food and a large margarita on top. Not that cheap for two with the drinks, but we are well sated and happy to go again. Great service, thanks to Mercedes.

This was my first visit to a TGIF in the uk ( I've been to one in Chicago ) We were visiting the bath market in Dec and booked our table for the evening as it was very busy everywhere. On arriving we were told the table was ready but there were not enough chairs for us as they had... More

food is overprized. we had ribs and they tasted like the ones you can buy in the supermarket. plus the meat was a bit dry which is shocking for ribs. the staff was lovely though. no dogs allowed!

There was a party of 12 of us and the staff quickly moved tables around so that they could accommodate us. There was no fuss and they looked after us very well and were extremely friendly. The food and drinks were delivered quickly even though we were 12. The quality of the food was good and well presented.

I had the chicken BLT sandwich very good and very quick, I told the staff I needed to be quick and they were very accomadating very please. Not to keen on the tv's playing the same videos over and over again though. Dessert was great. Oreo cookie sundae! Brilliant! Great food. Don't want to spend too much time in there... More

Visited 28/11/2014- Lunch Visit. I am a TGI'er/fan of the chain, but I do remember it being a bit gaudy for my liking. Fun and bright but a slight Hard Rock Cafe rip-off! The memorabilia was not genuine and in places could be described as "tacky" (in the nicest possible way!) We came in for lunch and I was very... More

TGI is a chain and as a consequence you have to accept a commoditised experience. You are unlikely to get great, but you should be protected from awful. The food was good but took an age to arrive because, it was expalined, they hadn't cooked the appropriate amount of our type of fries - this was despite others who arrived... More
