My daughter and myself live a shopping trip up town now and again, while making our plans we always include a visit to 4 butcher row for our lunch. Great value for money, food excellent, and staff very helpful. Would recommend it everyone to try.

This is consistently the best cafe in Shrewsbury. Great friendly service, nice atmosphere and professionally sources and prepared food to suit all tastes and appetites. It can get busy son don't expect to always walk in to a table without a small wait.

What can I say. I love is place and haven't got a bad word to say about it. The place is cool, quirky with cool and quirky staff who are brilliant and polite and can't do enough for you. I've been for breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner, with my children and without. The coffee is decent and hot, the prices... More

We decided to pop in for coffee and a bite to eat during our shopping trip, we sat at the front of the cafe. It was busy and it became obvious that it's a popular place to visit. We ordered coffee and were left to peruse the menu, we were left and in the end we had to get the... More

This is our second experience of this restaurant and we found it delightful. We had afternoon tea. The staff are always welcoming, and even though it was late afternoon a table was found for us upstairs and nothing was too much trouble. Our cream scone was delicious and the tea brewed to our liking.

Great little gem of a restaurant - be prepared to wait for a table, its justifiably busy. Good food, interesting choices, local produce and well priced. Service and attention great especially considering how busy it gets. But please don't tell everyone otherwise I may have to wait even longer next time!

The real kitchen where the Full English is a must plus so many more tempting items that will make you want to return to enjoy them next time. Very friendly but check in early to get a table, if not just wait!!!

For the second year running we have visited this wonderful restaurant on New Years Eve. Although busy, was still welcomed in a very friendly manner and served fresh, tasty, interesting food and flavours! Two of our party are vegetarian and the choice is fantastic, making simple dishes tasty with interesting twists. Would highly recommend.

Fresh local produce, attentive and friendly staff, and simple but rustic charm makes this cafe a very popular place to eat... And it's worth the 30 minute wait for a table (it was a busy xmas eve).
