We visit this restaurant regularly and last night confirmed to me and my wife just how good it is. Our evening started with a mint risotto soup which was exceptionally tasty, and we moved onto a seafood grill which had a variety of tasty fish including king prawn, mussels and a variety of several types of fish all nestling on... I took my Mom, who is a seafood lover for lunch on 10th July. As I was treating her and it was a suprise I hoped that it would be good. We weren't disappointed. The food was fantastic, the staff were efficient, polite, professional and adequately attentive. The reataurant was spotlessly clean and nicely laid out. We were full after... More

This was the first time my husband and I have ever tried a Loch Fyne restaurant. On a sunny day out in Shrewsbury we had walked past this restaurant and on looking at the menu for the first time we were immediately impressed and walked in. Great welcome at the door and we were shown to a lovely table next... More

We popped in for a meal without booking, last Thursday night. We had been a couple of time after it had first opened and enjoyed the food and atmosphere. What a change now. Very few people dining and we had a poor meal. I had the haggis and scallop starter, which tasted lovely, but the portion of scallop was miniscule.... More

Went here on a Monday night so very quiet but had a fantastic meal, the service was very good and it's reasonably priced for what you get. Would definitely come again x

Have visited here a few times now, nice setting, good ambience and most importantly very good food. Oysters are excellent and the smoked haddock with colcannon mash main is very good too, quite a popular choice each time we visit. Never had anything other than a very good meal here, ne of my favourite restaurants in Shrewsbury.

We went here for a family meal a couple of weeks ago and loved it! The staff are always really friendly and make you feel welcome, the atmosphere is great and the food is always delicious! We had a 25% off voucher so my dad and I decided to treat ourselves and shared the crab seafood platter. It was really... More

Went here with friends. Nice welcome, asked which table we would prefer. Special mention for Igor our waiter who was entertaining and attentive without being over the top. Food was good but disappointingly we were told there were no mussels on the menu that evening. That said the haggis and scallops were delicious as was the lobster spaghetti eaten by... More

Visited Loch Fyne before in another city so already knew the quality of the food was excellent. Visiting Shrewsbury for the weekend and decided to eat here. Unfortunately missed out on the daytime set menu deal but still had a voucher for a glass of free wine each. Ordered chilli prawns and squid for starters and although the portions are... More

We came here for Saturday lunch with family while visiting Shrewsbury and the whole experience was excellent. It's a lovely light dining room and although the tables are packed in, you didn't feel too close to your neighbours. Service was friendly and quick without being over-familiar which was just the right balance. The real star though was the food. They... More
