Forget the previous reviewer moaning about it being busy during the Tour de France weekend. What do you expect, of course it was rammed. Be a shame if it wasn't. I went on Friday when the hill climb was on-good range of local ale and the staff dealt well with the busy evening rush.

Today is friday the 4th of july, we booked a table for two a week ago for 6pm, having been many times before we knew what to expect, excellent food and service too. Today however was not the case. Ok we understand it being busy with tour de france. We walked in and went to the bar for two drink,... More

We have eaten here a number of times and we bring our visitors here to impress them. View from the pub is second to none and the carvery on a Sunday cannot be beaten, but must be booked in advance. I couldn't eat any other carvery now as it would be a disappointment

Stopped here for lunch and was very impressed. The menu has a nice variety and so too does the bar. The view on the back is awesome and in a lovely village, and the pub has a very warm and friendly atmosphere. Can't wait to go back for the grand depart which will be flying past the front door.

My partner and I decided to visit the opposite side of town for a nosey around and lunch. We arrived at the Old Horns Inn at Bradfield at 2.30PM. Although not many diners we were surprised to find most of the tables had reserved signs. ON enquiring at the bar, they were all reserved for 5pm. Seemed odd at lunchtime,... More

We decided to have a drive to the other side of town, for lunch and a look around. Sadly we were disappointed. On entering the place at 2.30pm on Sunday we were surprised to find all the tables had reserved signs on them. I enquired at the bar and was advised that most of the tables were actually reserved at... More

We often eat at the Horns either at lunch time outside when possible or early evening for a bar meal also occasionally Sunday lunch. Always a busy thriving place with views to die for. We like Wednesdays when we are out walking as its pie day which is really good and great value. A good menu and I cant remember... More

Decided too visit again as our last visit was very nice food, but our Sunday lunch visit was disappointing, the menu seems too have changed and was quite boring, unless you wanted too have carvery. Lasagne, scampi, gammon, steak, jacket potatoes, or burgers. Curry or pies, fish and chips Nothing too exciting. On our last visit I had fresh /home made fish... More
