We visit London street on many accessions for Sunday lunch as this is the best in Reading. As soon as you walk through the door the staff are really friendly and can't do enough for you. The food is always amazing and didn't even have to pick the wine bottle up through our meal as the waitress was very attentive.... More

This used to be our favourite restaurant, but just lately it has crossed our mind that they may be making some false economies. It is a fairly expensive restaurant and their sticky toffee pudding used to be the best in town, but the recipe seems to have changed the last few times we have eaten there. The food is generally... The food here is very good and a good selection of wines. Good drinks in the bar with a very friendly staff. This was my second visit and it was just as good as the first time.

The food it's okay the service is good but there is another french restaurant close to which is Coates where the quality it's the same and the price it's cheaper. I did have duck and it was very dry which I did not expect for £30 menu.

Had dinner here with the family having been here many times over the year. The food remains outstanding and as good as its sister restaurant Crooked Billet (a must on a sunny day). The challenge is not the food but the consistent service. On our visit (full restaurant) they appeared to be struggling for the number of staff to patrons... More

The welcome and following service was excellent, the menu is reasonably extensive and the delivery was very good, in fact quality produce well prepared. The wine list offers a broad choice at reasonable prices for a restaurant of this quality. There are many competitors within a short walk but London Street Brasserie which offer cheaper prices but this popular venue... More

last time I went there was over three years ago.... And I don't know why. Well maybe because I rarely plan to go there and last few times they happened to be fully booked when I tried my luck walking in as a chance table for two. Luckily we went last Wednesday (without a booking again) and they managed to... More
