We live very local & are so thrilled that finally there is a cafe/restaurant to dine in during the day in this area, if it's just for a coffee or a snack, or an evening meal. Excellent food, always served hot & good portion sizes. A good varied menu, extremely friendly staff who are very accommodating & welcoming. A little... More

This place is on my door step, have only just discovered it and I've now been three times in two weeks, at different times of the day! Amazing how it takes on a different ambiance at different times of the day. I had a lovely lunch on the outside decking one day and a romantic meal inside one evening. This... More

I went to Toscana for lunch after my shopping in the nearby supermarket. The place has really been thought after, with it's lovely warm colours and overall settings, you feel like in Italy! The food was nice too, good value for money (I had the warm goats cheese salad), and the waitress was welcoming, pleasant and looking well after us.... More

We have visited Toscana on many occasions since it first opened. During the early days they did have issues with service, however we stuck with the restaurant and can only speak from our experiences. we have visited as a couple and also as a party of 8 people. The restaurant has been full and also quiet but on both occasions... More

Went here for a Mother's Day lunch. Staff are really friendly and eager to please, and the food (which comes in very generous portions) is delicious. It seems to be a pretty family friendly place, they also have a garden for sunny days too, definitely a great little place to have nearby.

starter of chicken wings was lovely. Pizza however had too much tomato puree flavour and so I did leave some :-( Overall, my friends all enjoyed their meals. Staff are friendly. I would have to return to this restaurant to judge other dishes.

They do takeaways... Much better pizza than the standard chain. You can have starters, pasta, steak or even takeaway salad. Perfect for when no one can agree on what they want. V friendly and everything is cooked fresh.

I really want this local restaurant to be good but after 4 visits I've given up. Some of the pasta dishes are reasonable quality because they are hard to get wrong. Many of the other dishes range from average to very bad. Bruschetta - soggy. Calamari - soggy. Garlic bread - tastes pre-packed. Muscles - vinegary. This restaurant needs to... More
