The latest reincarnation of the Spring Inn is a success (I will forgive that they turned me away in the summer) made booking at short notice and they fitted us in, we both had the steak and ale pie and it was to die for...made with slow cooked rib meat. Staff very attentive and friendly, everything was very good. I... More

I went here with some work colleagues for lunch. We were all really impressed with our meals. I had the Spring Club sandwich with fries which was absolutely delicious. Everything arrived together and it was all hot. So many restaurants struggle to achieve this! Lovely restaurant, polite and friendly staff. I will definitely return.

My wife and I started with the calamari served with chilli jam. It was a good sized portion, nice crispy batter coating and... More

We were there as part of a large group, the food was excellent and everything was served together, no easy task. The house wine was lovely and the service brilliant.

I had visited this restaurant before but couldn’t remember much about it or indeed what name it had been trading under at the time. Staff were welcoming & the evening started off in a bizarre manner when our party realised we could smell burning which caused us some concern only to see that one of our party had caught her...
