Had an evening meal here with work colleagues. Food was excellent, and the staff pleasant enough. Would def come back.

After much raving about for many years from friends and colleagues, we thought we'd try this aaa birthday treat. I wanted to love it, really I did. Average at best food, and fairly premium prices. Hopefully they were having an 'off' night, but terribly disappointing

I love how you enter Chiang Mai, through a narrow slit off the High Street. Then you go up a rickity staircase that feels like it's out of the 15th century. There are two attractive dining rooms upstairs, and you can also eat downstairs. The vegetable Pad Thai was huge and had just the right amount of coriander and peanuts.... More

The fried spring rolls were hot and tasty. My Pad Thai was sweeter than I'm used to, but still delicious. The service was friendly and accommodating, and they had a pretty decent wine selection for a Thai restaurant. There are a few tables on the ground floor, but most tables are on the 1st floor (no lift), so be prepared... More

The food and service was second to none. We stumbled across this lovely Thai restaurant by chance while visiting Oxford. The restaurant was packed but had a fabulous atmosphere. Although the restaurant was full the service was excellent. We felt relaxed and happy. We couldn't have asked for more. The food came promptly and was presented beautifully and tasted delicious.... Excellent authentic Thai cuisine for the connoisseur. You will not be disappointed. Freshly prepared with ample portions. Excellent service too, in a friendly atmosphere. For a treat try the flora green tea after the meal (fresh green tea leaves with an unfolding flower of your choice).

We stumbled upon this place a few weeks ago on our first night during a few days stay in Oxford. We had a short wait for a table but it was completely justified. The building itself it very old and seems to have retained most its original features, but these are juxtaposed nicely with a subtle blend of Thai decor.... More

Excellent food, a very busy place, you should book ahead to avoid disappointment. The nicest Thai meal I have had in a very long time. Service was good and great value given the quality of the food.

This was our firts time in this restaurant and the last. The kitchen is not good at all, badly served and we were not even sure that the ingredients were fresh. Waiters were unfriendly. The tables are too close to each other, there is no fresh air to breathe, too loud. The cutlery after the starters was left unchanged. There... More

In a city that hosts several top notch Thai restaurants, this is by far my favorite. Small, cozy, and warm. Go down the alley off High and then head upstairs. The service is good, the food is excellent. Never had a bad meal in many years of coming here. Highly recommended.
