Nice location.

The location is very nice. Green and with creative spirit. The staff was super friendly. The menu sounds interesting, however the food we had was a bit below our expectation. No (good) options for vegetarians and vegans.

Gee's stands out with it's 'greenhouse' look and I have been wanting to dine here for a while. The menu dose not look particularly typical but this is nice in that there are several dishes which are different to your usual selection. The service was very good at the atmosphere was nice too, there was a large range of people... More

Let me start off by saying that this is not the first time that we have visited Gees, the third in fact. The first two times were delightful experiences & hence why we keep coming back. This experience was just a little above average. While nothing was really wrong I feel there was a few things that made me write... More

Lovely service, excellent gin and tonic and fabulous food. What more need I say? Set in a greenhouse for unusual ambiance.

We had a lovely meal last Saturday, marred by the fact that the Credit Card machine did not work. I was asked to leave my card details. After numerous phone calls, from the restaurant, the next day, it transpired that they had copied these down incorrectly. When phoning them later, I was that they had managed to put the payment... Dear Catherine Unfortunately our card payment machines stopped working on Saturday night due to an internet outage – which we explained to all our very understanding guests. we called you on Sunday to request your correct card details as we had a digit missing. We spoke on the phone yesterday and I assured you that your credit card details were... More

A very nice atmosphere, a really great staff, and excellent selection on their menu, the meals were done to perfection. Absolutely a really nice evening and never felt like we were being rushed. I highly recommend Gee's in Oxford.

Wonderful Restaurant on a cold wet May night Atmosphere relaxed but with attentive discreet staff who were friendly and professional. Which is an art and skill not always seen in even the best restaurants. Food excellent quality, fresh, seasonal and perfectly cooked and presented. Uncluttered menu focussing on the above elements. Good wine list

We visited this restaurant two nights ago. It was very near our hotel (the old parsonage). It is a really lovely restaurant. The food was excellent - very fresh tasting. I had a marvellous starter of beef with poached egg with ceaser dressing. Fantastic and my husband had confit of duck with orange on a bed of salad - not... More

Ever since moving to Oxford I've been looking forward to going to Gees as it looks like such a stunning place. So we decided to go with friends for Brunch - and it was such a let down. It started when we arrived, the place was empty, there were only three other tables, so we chose to sit inside near... More

Went with friends for lunch, had a drink before we sat down, lovely bar area with a nice atmosphere. Great drinks menu and food menu, shown to our table and thought that they might not be comfortable being metal outdoor ones but they were very comfy. Lovely sitting in a Victorian conservatory. Had fish gougons to start which were plentiful... More
