With a great compassion for ancient Chinese tea culture, we carefully source all of our tea leaves directly from one of the best tea-farming regions in the world - Taiwan. Indeed lovely place

The bubble milk tea was wonderful. Great service. Savor the taste of Taiwan milk tea with reasonable price.

...unlike the very colourful garish bubble tea places you sometimes find in other cities, where bubble tea has lots of additives and sugary add ons. There are plenty of natural and healthy options here

Great bubble tea place ; bit small so limited seating but definitely worth a visit. Helpful staff offer samples to make sure you pick the best tea for you. Free WiFi too-cant go wrong!

I'm sure real tea connoisseurs have had bubble tea, but this was my first time. It was unique...and surprisingly filling, it was like eating a drink! I went with my husband and our friends who are locals who frequent Formosan, and we took recommendations from them. I had a hot Jasmine bubble tea, also my first time trying Jasmine tea...I... More

This was a new experience for us and we loved it. It is advertised as selling 'only tea, no coffee' and they were right! As tea lovers and from the North (nothing wrong with that!) we have not come across a tea bar like this before. The young lady who served us was extremely helpful and offered us samples as... More

some of my friends are not keen on the bubbles but I love the cold jasmine tea with the tapioca balls. The seating area is lovely too a bit of a different place to try to escape the coffee shop chains

So I'm so addicted to the sesame milk tea. It's fascinating watching them make everything as well (looks like a laboratory behind the counter & everything is sooo precise). Only criticisms are my tea coast £4.95 (steep) & they sometimes struggle when they're busy

We used to go there with my friends over the course of two years (while studying in the college nearby) and Formosan is truly one of the best places in Oxford. It is quite small, so it's better to go there not during "peak hour") My personal top two choices were: hot black tea with raspberry jam and tapioca (pearls)... More

This tea shop is down a narrow dodgy looking alley on the High Street. It is an Oriental tea shop with an assortment of authentic Asian teas (warm or cold) which you can have in different combinations with milk or tapioca pearls. They don't do food. The service is very friendly. They explain what is possible and give you samples.... More

I randomly stumbled upon this little gem and decided to have my first bubble tea ever, as it looked quite authentic. I wasn't wrong. The lady was very nice and had me sample two before I bought one the black tea with milk and pearls. It's quite fun to watch them make it. The only downside is needing cash for... More
