I don't live in Oxford. I don't even live in England or in Europe for that matter. But I would so fly myself down all the way to Oxford right into Zappi's cafe for their awesome Bananna cake and latte. It's what heaven must taste like. So, so good!

My girl and I were recommended this place by a friend, as she said it was a great coffee. We were not let down, we were encouraged to try the guest blend, was beautiful. Located in a funky upstairs location of a bike store. the place was alive and buzzing on a sunday morning. staff were friendly, very talkative despite... More

Fabulous toasties, great staff, really great (leaf) tea, what's not to like about Zappi's. A little oasis in normally frantic Oxford and definitely the only place I call a 'real' cafe in this city.

The kind of place that once you discover you hope remains largely undiscovered. Perfect little hideaway from the usually rammed Oxford streets and serving some of, if not, the best coffee in the city. Friendly staff and a great atmosphere are icings on a pretty perfect cake.

Unquestionably one of the best coffee houses if not the best coffee house in Oxford. The staff are extremely friendly and informative and always happy to answer any questions for us coffee novices. They always have a great coffee selection on the go with different coffees being made available from different roasteries, but love the fact that they champion a... More

I really like the location of Zappi's inside a bike shop. The interior is fresh and clean with nice staff and a good atmosphere. The toasties and hot chocolate are lovely! Love the tables by the window!

Had a slow puncture and headed to Bike Zone to get it checked. Was pleasantly surprised to find out about the free coffee while waiting for the express puncture repair. To top it off, it was one of the best cappuccino I've ever had!

Delicious coffee and Bara Brith, and not a chain in site! The bike memorabilia kept my husband entertained in this relaxed and bright café while I read. The staff were laid back and we felt welcome to chill for as long as we liked. We visited twice during our stay and will be back!

Ok, I'm biased I'm a cyclist. So Zappi's café with its cycling memorabilia is already calling out to me. But forget the wheels hanging from the ceiling, the shirts around the walls, the photos of cyclists from yesteryear this café is simply great. Lets start with the coffee. The staff know coffee. They are passionate about coffee. The results show,... More

Went here following the reviews on a wet, damp Sunday morning. The place is fairly small but had a great atmosphere and was really buzzing. It was very busy and there was a queue but it was worth the wait. The staff were friendly and attentive. My wife had an Americano and I had a cappuchino, and although mine was... More
