We went there on an early Sunday afternoon, ordered 10 tapas for 3 people which proved too much for a lunch. The food arrived really quickly, I'm sure some of it was microwaved. There were some highs (pulpo a la Gallega, gambas a la plancha), lows (espinacas a la Catalana, Champinones al ajillo) and plenty of averages. I know tapas... More

First time in this restaurant and fortunately we had booked in advance as it was very busy, however we were taken straight through to our table, the restaurant is not spacious and seating is fairly cramped but it has a great atmosphere. The staff were friendly and welcoming, service was quick, but staged, not all dishes arriving at once. The... More

We have eaten here twice and both times we were very impressed. The atmosphere is very vibrant, welcoming and friendly. We were seated immediately and the staff were never imposing but always attentive. The food is packed with flavour, interesting and piping. Service is quick but staged so you don't have huge amounts waiting to be tried all at once.... More

This is the best spanish tapas in Oxford. Is a real spanish restaurant. The spanish omelette is very tasty. You can try the spinach with tomato.

We visited here on a Friday night and it was jam-packed full. The restaurant appeared small but probably because it was so busy and fortunately we'd booked a table in advance so were shown straight through. However, other people who hadn't booked were having to wait - always a good sign. The service was quick and pleasant and the tapas... More

Just happened to walk passed this restaurant on a Sunday afternoon with friends and nearly missed it with the other chain restaurants on the same stretch of road being more prominent. Decided to try it and so glad we did. The waiter was very pleasant and was almost apologising for only being able to offer us a table in the... More

We had not made a reservation for dinner and when we walked in it looked very busy. However we were greeted straight away and told it should only be 10-20 mins wait and we could have a drink at the bar and look at the menu. We were given the table right next to the door (a bit drafts) after... More

Definitely had some of the best tapas in my life here. The restaurant is very atmospheric and it genuinely feels as though you have stepped into a local Spanish tapas bar. We spent £40 and got 6 dishes of tapas as well as drinks, which filled us up, which we considered was great value for money. The service was very... More
