Great deal for lunch

Paid our first visit yesterday and we were not disappointed. Went for the lunch deal of two dishes for £8.50 per head, including bread. It's then £3.75 per extra dish. We had five dishes which was more than enough. This is very good value as the dishes are some of the biggest I've ever seen in a... read more

We visited this restaurant for the first time last night partly because of the good reviews on TripAdvisor and were very disappointed. The layout is very cramped and the food very, very average. Amongst other things, we had garlic king prawns that were rubbery and grey, a meatball dish the sauce for which had little or no flavour, a chorizo... More

This is a great tapas restaurant. They do combinations of ingredients of things that you know are going to be great and then taste even better. A personal favourite is fried goats cheese with honey and there is also the prunes filled with blue cheese wrapped in bacon. They also do a good sangria. The only problem is that it... More

We love it here. Patatas bravas to die for! Brilliant chorizo, and calamari too. The White Rioja is perfect. Excellent value dining. On Friday evenings there is often a Spanish dancer with castanets which is a nice touch.

A busy place, but the food was excellent. Perhaps a little more chilli with the Gambas! Helpful staff stopped me ordering just one more dish that I really didn't need. We ate at the restaurant next door the night before. I have nothing against the French, but this was better and cheaper and I will definitely be back the next... More

The reastaurant is really nice decorated, people working there are really nice and they have nice sangria! (would have been better if it would have been colder) but ok, and the tapas are not amazing. The price compared to the quantity of food is pretty high and I wish the tapas could be more "elaborated".

We went there on an early Sunday afternoon, ordered 10 tapas for 3 people which proved too much for a lunch. The food arrived really quickly, I'm sure some of it was microwaved. There were some highs (pulpo a la Gallega, gambas a la plancha), lows (espinacas a la Catalana, Champinones al ajillo) and plenty of averages. I know tapas... More

First time in this restaurant, booked just I case but there was no need as it was almost empty. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the service was quick, but staggered which suited us. As a couple we ordered six dishes which was probably one too many but very reasonable and so delicious. Would recommend the "Pollo con cream... More
