Nice venue for Lunch close to station

Had an hour to kill waiting for train. Found the Jam factory and had a pleasant lunch although a little overpriced. Nice beer garden but close to main road so a bit noisy. Limited selection of food but nicely prepared and good selection of beers/cider Good service Definately worth a visit

Ok so this place is great for a quick pint and maybe a few board games if you want to stay longer. Decor is pretty unique and it is near the train station with good seating indoors and out. However the food is frankly terrible. We ate here the other night and out of 6 people no one had a... More

A wonderful restaurant; a real feeling of comfort and welcome as soon as I entered. Very family friendly and beautiful and tranquil outside facilities; you wouldn't know it was by a road. The whole atmosphere and venue was very child-friendly; even providing board games and wifi. Both the interior and exterior decorations added a lovely feel to the experience with... More

My partner and I spent a weekend in Oxford recently for our anniversary and saw that the Jam Factory had good reviews on trip advisor so made a reservation. On arrival we were warmly greeted and sat down. The staff did not tell us that at least three of the items on the menu were not available one of which... More

I was here with a friend .. The location was really nice: there was the tradition of the jam factory and in the same time the contemporanity of the art gallery.. The atmosphere was really familiares.. I have to say that the staff was so kind and available for every necessities.. Our waiter(cris) suggested us very tasted and particular food... More

We went here on a recommendation. I was looking after a team of French Security Officers who were very impressed with the range of beers. Nicely presented and prices not so bad. Pretty busy on the two nights we went. The first night was drinks only but the second was food and drinks. Food, not too expensive and very tasty.... More

You'd never know this little place was here - but it's quirky and independent, and I loved it. Mismatched tables and chairs... personality... who needs Starbucks?! I can't comment on this place as a restaurant, but as a coffee shop it's right up there at the top of my pile! The hot chocolate was scrummy, and the flat white was... More

We were looking for a place in Oxford to hold our school reunion where we could enjoy a relaxed informal meal and spend an afternoon reminiscing! With very good liaison beforehand with helpful advice & information, The Jam Factory proved ideal - close to both rail & bus station, plenty of space, relaxed atmosphere, good food - everyone enjoyed their... We recently celebrated a school reunion here. A group of 16, mature age women, some of whom had not seen each other for 50 years, was bound to be noisy and slightly chaotic! However, the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. They made sure everything ran smoothly and efficiently, which contributed to a very happy occasion. The food was tasty... More

Me and my partner liked the look and the sound of this place so he had booked it as a surprise for me for my birthday. Came straight after work for a birthday meal and a couple of drinks. Man who greeted us was very nice, told us to chose from any table we wanted which were all beautifully presented.... More
