Called in for a pot of tea and a scone - bill was £5.60 - extortionate in the extreme. The toilets were dirty and in need of decoration. Won't be returning to this cafe that is for sure.

I called in to this cafe recently whilst in the area with my husband. We wanted a light lunch- and chose this place which is on the main street. The menu has quite a few different types of food on, pannini, sandwiches, salads etc. It was just okay. I had a salad - blue cheese and bacon and spinach. It... More

If you're in Chipping Norton, it's a great place to kick back and relax with some wonderfully home-made food. The menu is different, not your standard run-of-the-mill fare - lots of lovely items to choose from and great coffee and courteous staff. Try the freshly made soup.

Called here again but sometime since my last visit. Nice menu including a lot of dishes with toast! I opted for a tasty cake and good coffee. Appears popular with local people.

First impression is , the windows need a sprucing up but once inside it is clean and bright. Food menu is clear with specials on aboard. When served was well presented and tasty. A couple of baguette's and tea /coffee were consumed. Good place for lunchtime break. Closed on Sundays

From the street the cafe looks fairly unpretentious. Inside the tables and chairs are simple and nicely spaced. Our coffees were good and a toasted pannatone was delicious. Nice service.

Never written on trip adviser before but this place really deserved a review. Awful place. Over priced in the extreme but that was forgiven...at first. Soup was bland and served with cheap sliced shop bought brown bread. One piece was the dry end of said cheap brown shop-bought loaf. I asked if I could have a different piece instead as... More

I'd like the excuse to work my way through the menu - lots of great choices. Pleasant place to sit at any time.
