Wide menu choice and best fish menu in area

As we live locally we are fairly regular diners at this typical Cotswold pub/restaurant. Never yet been disappointed. Today scallop/prawn gratin and skate wing dishes both excellent.Fair prices for both wine and beer. Efficient friendly service from bar and wait staff.

We were passing by this pub and called in on the off chance, for a meal. As we walked through the door we had a warm and friendly greeting. They have a superb selection of wines. WE both had fish for our meal, which was cooked to perfection. The pub itself is a beautiful Cotswold stone Inn, with lots of... More

Was passing through with my parents from Malvern to London and found this gem. We had two turkey and one pork dinners, all were absolutely incredible! The turkey was superbly moist with some of the best stuffing I've ever had. The pork was huge with perfect crunchy crackling and there was lots of seasonal veg to accompany all dishes. Absolutely... We had a fantastic Christmas party at the Inn - there were 40 of us in a lovely area at the back, all set up for Christmas with some lovely tunes. Fires lit, decorations up - really Christmassy. What was so refreshing was all getting fed at the same time, no delays between tables, all planned with name cards with... More

I stopped off at the "Inn for All Seasons" on the A40, just outside Burford. The bar & restaurant has a great atmosphere with friendly service. I enjoyed some ham eggs & chips. Good Ol' Pub fare. The resident dog kept me company which was a nice touch adding to the ambience.

Some of these restaurants in the Cotswolds just appear at the side of the road. This is a good one. Ambience and friendly staff. They have a big fish menu as well as other choices. We had scallops and smoked salmon.

We had a delicious lunch last Sunday. Four of us chose the roast beef with all the trimmings. And it didn't disappoint! A lovely selection of well cooked vegetables. And one of our party prefers her beef a little more cooked, & this was accommodated without any problem. Nice friendly staff,& a pleasant atmosphere. We only live down the road,... More
