The fixed price lunch menu presents an excellent choice and great value for money. The food exceeded our expectation. Clean and comfortable. Very busy Saturday lunchtime and can get noisy.

My partner and I went for a meal on Friday and had a very pleasant evening, The food was spendid and although the restaurant seemed busy I had no trouble in getting the waiter's attention when I needed it We will certainly be returning there in the near future.

This really is a great restaurant that does not feel like a chain at all. I have mostly been to lunch, and occasionally pre-theatre dinners. The food is always fantastic, and generally very good value for money. Good evidence is the long line of people waiting almost all the time. The food is varied and the menu changes regularly, with... I came here for my graduation meal with my family. We were sat around a small circular table, baring in mind my we're not the shortest of families, it wasn't ideal. Our waiter was very prompt at taking orders and helpful. Food was slow, but was delicious. We had calamari and the scallops (special) and we're all very satisfied. The... More

We went for the pre-theatre menu and was on a tight timescale. We advised the waitress this and the service was brilliant. I had a porc dish which was delicious as were the incl potatoes & veg. Wine rather pricey but drinks usually bump up the price in any restaurant. Would definitely go again.

It was okay for a nice meal out. It wasn't a very happy atmosphere. It's quite small and I didn't have much space. The table was too small for our food. We order our meal then asked for fries on the side after our meal came out, we had to ask twice, we only got one bowl of the fries... More

Nice greeting and given a choice of tables. Service from staff was brilliant, very attentive without being overbearing, no wonder the restaurant was pretty much full mid afternoon, although well after lunch time. We had the 2 course lunch special and we thoroughly enjoyed both the entree and main courses. We felt that both the choice and the food that... More

There were 9 of us celebrating my friend Jerry Hurleys 30th year of living in the Uk. We decided too dine the nine rather than go for a drink . Bistro Pierre is our favourite in Nottingham even over The new Bills in town which I used in Brighton. We had a good night of chatting and our food was... More

Wow! This is the second time I've visited this restaurant and I will most certainly be back - food was delicious with lots of choice, atmosphere great, a kind of laid back chic and the service was really attentive without being intrusive. If you want fantastic food in lovely surroundings then this is definitely the place to visit.

Food was nice enough but main courses were a little lacking on flavour. Service was alright, but lacking basic things such as checking back after food was served, offering more drinks and waitress scraped plates at table and I had to wipe the food that got dropped as a result away which was a little grim. Waited ages to pay.... More
