Love this place! Always brilliant service and food, never been disappointed during any of my visits. Will continue to come here.

I was taken as a surprise to Nottingham for my hen weekend. Being from Derby there is a lot more to do in nottingham so great choice by my girls. After a day of shopping I was whisked away for the slug and lettuce in nottingham for a cocktail masterclass!! We made our own cosmopolitan and a mojito with a... More

An early Wednesday lunchtime just a week or so ago I made the mistake of entering this place. We were met by a miserable and unkempt female masquerading as a waitress. With a grunt on asking if we could sit outside she pointed at a box hanging off the wall near the door and told us to take a menu... More

I went here with friends recently and waited over an hr for meals. We also ordered drinks which came very late and the waiters were not quick to serve us for seconds. The meals were overpriced for the sizes you get and werent anything special. Very disappointed with the service

I cannot even begin to explain what is wrong with this restaurant. If your reading this, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. It is appalling. I visited on a Monday night with some friends. We were sat down immediately which was impressive. However, the service was not. We waited for nearly 40 minutes for someone to come and take our order. A manager... More

We visited this bar recently while on a mini break in the UK, I really cannot understand why this bar is still in business! I ordered a Cosmopolitan, which is always my chosen cocktail so I know a thing or 2 about how they should taste, this one was truly awful! The martini glass was 3/4 full with a watered... More

Pub meal in Nottingham city center I would normally say forget it, in my experience it’s not good. Lovely & warm Sunday afternoon around 6:30 had no plans to eat in the slug but what was coming out the kitchen looked appetizing, the hand pulled IPA was also not the bad for a chained pub, first choice chicken souvlaki sold... Visited with a friend last week pre theatre. Pretty busy. Had to wait so long to be greeted we were just about to leave. Steak and chips for me, veg risotto for my friend. Food came very quickly, but that should have been a warning sign. Steak was tough and gristly, think I could have re-soled my shoes with it.... More

Fish and chips was ok.... But the services was ok... But when it says kids eats for a £1 for kids meal if you purchase 1 adult main meal on bank holiday weekend. We ate Saturday. But was charged £20.. When should have been a lot less than that! But hey when mentioned to staff simple informed me in a... More

First of all, we were greeted by such a cheerful member of staff (Kelly) who had kept us on our toes throughout the whole experience. Working in retail myself, I very well know how important customer service is and Kelly's customer service was exceptional. I really do hope management take a note of that. I can't remember if the meal... More
