Service is fine. Staff are attentive and helpful however they seem a little embarrassed when they tell you that the steak on your mixed grill is actually supposed to be that size.

Not sure why this place is getting bad reviews. I've been a regular here and its a decent place for "casual dining" I went there for father's day, it was busy, but our food was out quickly and warm. A Decent Sunday Roast. Desert cam out as "an un-healthy" portion which was great!!

Steak and chips arrived without mushrooms instead an extra tomato was given!!!! Also i heard they had no pepper sauce...WHAT!!! This is a steak house!!!... More

Went for dinner Friday night. My plate was dirty with food residue on the lip and greasy fingerprints all over it. The other meal was maple ribs and chicken. Which was room temperature. A truly god awful experiance.

Booked at short notice and recieved a warm welcome.Taken straight to a table perused the set menu and ordered drinks.Meals for 7 were ordered and were in front of us in 15 minutes. The meals were good and served on hot plates which we like.Service was very good and the waiters excellent. No problem for a return visit.

Ate at 7.30pm and seated straightaway. Waiting staff were very friendly and service was good. I had the mixed grill and enjoyed what I had. No complaints from me at all.

We were staying at the Premier Inn next door, & they booked us in (advisable at weekends), we were there for 2 days & had breakfasts & evening meals, all the food was absolutely excellent & more than enough of it, as was the friendly & smiling staff, nothing was too much trouble. We'd have no hesitation about eating there... More

Well the staff were friendly and efficient, but that was the only aspect of our visit that was acceptable. Mediocre chicken breast obviously microwaved and browned under the grill, about 6 "ultimate"fried chips and some coleslaw and lettuce... £10.99! No thanks, never again . Highly overpriced for what you get.
