we love to have brunch/lunch at Homemade. The food is always freshly made and really good quality. There is usually a queue which is always the sign of a good place to eat. Sometimes service is a bit slow but you can see the waiting staff are always busy. If you want good food reasonably priced and love homemade cakes... More

I treated my daughter to lunch here as I have always wanted to try it. Although it is a bit cramped it was an very enjoyable lunch. Everything is home made, no rubbish here. Staff very friendly too.

The restaurant itself is too small for the amount if people they try to squeeze in; every time the waitress goes past she bashes into you. The service was soooooo slow, almost as bad as The Boilermaker, which sounds strange considering the size of the place. The food tasted ok but it was nothing special compared to other similar places... More

Being a local cafe I was expecting the place to be comfier. It was slightly chilly inside. Me and my friend got slightly confused with the ordering system but it turns out they just took a long time (around 15 minutes) to come and take our order. We ordered choco fudge cake which had a funky taste when you first... More

This is a lovely cafe, well worth a visit, very individual place. I have been a few times for tea and cake and once after the afternoon cinema for a light meal. The food is delicious, they use local suppliers, staff are very good, would definitely recommend to anyone.Fully licensed too.

We come here on a semi regular basis, probably once a month to break the monotony of my girlfriend shopping for shoes and handbags. The food is great. We recommend the pulled pork burger, fish finger sandwich and cannelloni... Leave room for the cake though! Yes, you may have to wait a few minutes for a table at busy times... More

Very cosy little place with great service. All food including condiments and sauces e.g. pesto are homemade (as their name suggests!) and servings are generous. The doorstep sandwiches are a must! The only issue is the waiting time, sometimes up to 20/30 minutes if you want a seat.

We came here for an afternoon coffee & cake as park of a mini break in Nottingham, it was recommended by a friend while visiting. We arrived just past 2, so the cafe was nearly full of lunchtime people and we managed to get the last available table. The restaurant appeared to be clean and tidy. We ordered a lemon... More

This is a very cozy, buzzing Cafe very central and caters for Breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea. After receiving a friendly welcome we were shown to the dining area where other customers were enjoying a leisurely breakfast. The atmosphere is buzzy but relaxed and the breakfast menu offered cereals, fresh fruit, cakes and cooked food. We ordered Scrambled Eggs with... More
