There was a good choice of food available and the cost was very reasonable. There was also a vast array of drinks to be had. Staff were friendly and polite. All in all, nothing to dislike about the place.

Visited on Monday lunchtime for a family birthday lunch. It was very quiet as you might expect at that time. We were warmly welcomed by the owners who were very friendly. There is a good choice on the menu with traditional pub favourites as well as some more bistro type offerings. The decor is bright, clean and comfortable. Our food... More

The adults all had the roast, it was delicious, full plate of hearty great food. The yorkshires were the best I've ever tasted! Sorry Mum but they beat yours!! I've got... More

Managed to find this place on Trip Advisor with plenty of great reviews and only a few minutes away. Called up and spoke to the friendly owner... More

This is a typical local pub which has two bars and a restaurant. The atmosphere is very good and in the winter a roaring open fire in the Lounge/Restaurant. All the staff and friendly and helpful. The owners almost always working behind the bar or managing the restaurant. They also have a Farers Market once a month in the spacious... More
